Camarillo Car Care has been consistent excellent service provider. They have successfully provided care for my sedan and truck for many years. THEY FIXED MY CAR!! Had this shaking/jolt issue on my Honda for years. Took it to multiple shops and the shake/jolt would remain. The mechanics at this shop were helpful and friendly. They took detailed photos of the work required for my approval before starting on any repairs. I waited several months before writing a review in case the shake/jolt returned but my car has been running better than ever. Definitely will bring my car back for future repairs.

I was generally happy with my repair at CCC in Camarillo. I was treated with respect, and I was kept fully informed on what was going on. The repair did take 1 full week...which was a bit unreasonable for what was done. The price they charge for parts is inflated too high, and they are known for being on the expensive side. It is kind of a mixed-bag when you go here. I feel they do a decent job of resolving your mechanical issues.

Brought my Jeep in because the brakes were not working. They were quickly able to diagnose the issues and others. They had my vehicle back to me following day. They replaced the radiator, master cylinder, rotated my tires and fixed my rear brakes. Every time I go there I receive exceptional service. I would recommend and I will return for future work.

My car broke down on the freeway. I got towed to this Car Care Center and after a full inspection they knew exactly what needed to be done. They are very detailed in their reports on what was done to your vehicle and how it was done. Unlike a lot of other mechanics that tell you, you need so many things done when in reality they just want your money. Replacing my car belt and tensioner took only a few hours and i picked up my car the next day. My total was fairly calculated and i’m glad i brought my car here.

I met and transacted business with only one employee, Omar, who was courteous, competent and attentive. As far as I can tell the work competently and quickly done. I look forward to using the shop in the future.

GREAT auto shop. I always feel like I can trust these guys. They give you a detailed report with pictures so you can be sure they are doing what they promised. And theyre not pushy. They could have easily tried to talk me into a $500-$1,000 service, but they didnt. They just gave me the facts and let me decide what to do. I ended up putting it off because it wasnt in my budget at the time, but I know if I decide to do it later I will take it here and feel 100% confident they will take care of me.

I had my front end aligned at a local tire shop. After the tires were aligned, they said I needed new ball joints. I believed they were trying to up sell me into a service that I thought was questionable. I decided that I would go to a certified AAA auto center to inspect. First time I’ve been to this shop. I paid a little to have the car inspected. Very detailed inspection showing (with pictures) that ball joints were in good condition. Omar went over every line item that needed attention. Very professional. I think they charged a fair price for services rendered. Definitely coming back to have my other car serviced.

Helpful and professional staff. Prices are competitive. Finished the job in a very timely manner, much earlier than expected. Good communication and I like that they take pictures of the parts of the car that have concerns, servicing or where they have suggestions such as changing out a filter. My car lost power on the way to work with the generic check engine light. They were able to find the root cause and got it fixed pretty quick.

I had them fix the passenger side door handle which quit working and could not open the door. They fixed it and did an oil change. Very professional and courteous.

Dan is very kind and professional and knowledgeable. The work seems great and trustworthy and they have a 3 year nationwide warranty on parts and i think service too.

This was the first time I had to get a smog certificate and my check engine light was on. I called CCC and talked to the owner who reassured me that they could work on my hybrid, do a diagnostic, and if the problem was quickly fixable complete the smog certificate. They sent me a list of the problems discovered and discussed the priority of each one with me and my son. I was able to get the split hose to the manifold fixed right away and that allowed the smog to be approved. I chose a couple of other things to fix and got my car back in 2days, running great.

Although the technicians tested the brakes, they didn’t find anything wrong with it. They even told me the brake isn’t even half-worn out. They said the noise come from the regenerating system. They replaced 2 wipers in front and rear wiper. It was done an hour before the end of the day. The service advisor, Dan, said keep driving the car as usual until warning light come on.

We found a great deal on a used car we wanted to purchase, so we contacted Camarillo Car Care Center for a thorough pre-purchase vehicle inspection through AAA, and they were able to squeeze us in first thing the next day. From the start, Dan was extremely helpful on the phone and in person and took notice of the specific items we wanted checked in addition to the detailed checklist. Although a great deal, the car was on the more expensive end, so I wanted to make sure this would be a good investment for our family for the next ten+ years - (we keep our cars until they die!).They were done in a few hours, texted me the report and pictures from the inspection identifying areas of concern. Patrick, the owner, took the time to talk with me about his observations and concerns - no upselling or slickness - just nice, honest and detailed results of the inspection and his advice related to the car. We decided not to purchase the vehicle with so many unknowns related to this specific used car that had been a rental and had high mileage.We were so impressed with Patrick and Dans specific attention to detail, fair price, speedy and professional service. I trust them and their Service Technicians.Never have either tried to bump up their fees by unnecessary additional auto repair or maintenance.A clean, comfortable lobby is available to wait in. Complimentary beverages are offered as well. The estimated wait time is always met or my car is done earlier. Such a nice convenience!

Having to have car work done is never pleasant, especially if its extensive work, but the employees here are extremely knowledgeable, patient and truthful. I easily made my appointment online. Upon arrival at Camarillo Car Care. The check in and intake of my vehicle was fast and efficient. I chose to wait at the business while the service was being done. The clean and well appointed waiting room offers complimentary beverages and cookies. There is a small fireplace that gives a home like ambiance, a television and good WiFi reception. Upon completion of the work on my car, I feel that the detailed inspection gives me reassurance that my upcoming road trip should be uneventful when it comes to the systems in my car. Easy to make an appointment. Did not have to wait long before car was brought in for the service I requested. Cost was explained beforehand and came to the exact amount. Pleasant waiting area, decorative to the season with free snacks and drinks available . My choice for car care from now on.

First time and won’t be the last time. Went in for an AC check. Got a fair quote and had good communication. They not only recharged my AC they replaced the coolant and replaced the radiator cap which fixed my heating system that was quoted $800 elsewhere. Good news. Good service. I’ll be back!

Brought 2007 Mustang due to hard steering.I was charged $140 to ensure that they change the part needed to fix problem and not keep changing parts to correct problem.They diagnosed power steering pump as problem. When I picked up car they said the problem was rack and pinion after they replaced the power steering pump.Problem not fixed.Paid $925 for power steering pump. Said I need another $900 for rack and pinion replacement.Criticized for buying older car. I said wife drives 35 miles a week. Better to pay $3000 than $20,000 to drive 35 miles. He said I am not laughing at you but older cars can be expensive!!!!

I would never take my car here again. First from all I needed was for techs to check the bolts on the shock of my car, but all they wanted was money for every bolt that needed to be checked. Let’s see shocks have bolts on the bottom and they checked that for $84 and then I asked to check the top bolt and they stated I would need to pay for a disassembly fee $125 wow over $200 just to check bolts safety is $200 or more for this Camarillo business. I’m a camarillo born and raised but I will be taking my car to Oxnard tech they will do everything for $65 service for checking the whole shock and if they need to replace or fix anything then they will advise. Now that’s service Oh and side note I purchased my set of 2 quick struts and 2 shocks for $650 and this place wanted to charge me $350 for 1 shock STOP TAKING YOUR CARS HERE
