Overall I love AAA. Unfortunately this location several years back had one woman that had no customer service intelligence. Im black and white kind of person. Talk to me the wrong way... I dont forget it. Now fast forwarding to today... I havent had an issue since. Thank you for taking care of the problem!

Great personal service!I broke both my femurs and not able to easily move around! When my registration was due, I was in the hospital having several surgeries and concentrating on learning to walk again!The AAA representative had me sit, while she ran around updating my 2-year lapsed registration! I couldnt have been happier!

What a GREAT day with AAA today! Not only were they good on keeping my automatic payments going & annual continuous without missing that, having such a busy schedule...I was taken care of & Oscar Reyes, the mechanic expert came to my rescue for a battery boost & tires check. His advise was so easily understood that i felt like he was talking to one of his daughters or sisters in how to make sure I wont have one other thing in worrying about to keep my car running smoothly without the fear of my electricals powering my battery. Then, after getting a smog check, a half hour later, I was able to visit a AAA office only moments away, for my renewal registration & get tags right away, while i did not have to leave my kids for too long, while they enjoyed Happy Meals (uninterrupted). I was SUPER HAPPY with Edgar Rodriguez, when he met with me at the door for such a quick process, while i stayed close to my little ones by the car. He has my favorite Member Specialist! I dont know how luckily i have always been to be able to see him everytime for anything when he is always very busy, but i guess i just seem to come at the right time & AAA seems to always have my back each time i need their support, especially when there is always a sweet voice on the receiving end to answer your calls which always soothes you, like BIG HUGS through the phone! Thanks, again...AAA, I really wish that the DMV could have ALL of your help (including the new online stuff)!

Sometimes you get stuck in line behind the wrong person (who takes FOREVER), but otherwise very good. Staff professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I watched an AAA help driver come and rip_ off a orlder woman . Camarillo in front of Luttle Cezers pizza , next to B&B hardware.lots of folks watched.We called AAA dispatch and he was mad and threatening . AAA Driver at Camarillo is hard core rip off Have filed on behalf of the woman. the person from the AAA .Is a rip off driver. This statement will force AAA CAMARILLO to ask what is up

If you dont like AAA, you havent been there. They provide so many services, great discounts, on and on.Last year I STUPIDLY changed auto insurance, which became a nightmare! Yesterday I went to AAA to get their auto insurance back. It took less than half an hour. Bing, bang, boom!If you arent a member, become one TODAY!

This review is solely on the passport and Manager of Services.Dont get your passport photo taken here, its just a waste of time and money. My photos were not centered for the passport criteria and I dont know how they wouldnt know take an appropriate picture for your passport. If youre trying to save money (like I thought I was doing) dont and just pay the $15 for them to take your photo when getting your passport instead. Save on the hustle of going back for a refund.Also the guy that was doing the my return was very rude and kept talking over me and wasnt even trying to let me talk and kept repeating himself like an angry broken record. And if he really is the branch manager then I feel sorry the his coworkers because he seems like a bully and has no social skills. He like that kid on the playground who the teacher lets be in charge of a simple task and goes on a power trip, but its a grow man acting like that. Shame on him.

The wait was a little too long, but overall it was ok.

This office is small but service is always timely. Staff are consistently courteous and knowledgeable. This office is open on saturday. I took a friend there for a gift of a years road service (she is from India) and the representative was completely patient and understanding in answering dozens of quetions. They have straightened out car registration issues and significantly decreased my insurance costs.

They dont tell U that its like sams club or like Cosco that U have to pay if U want to have triple AAA car insurance and they call and bug U even if U already said no that We dont need renters insurance and if U dont get it well they will still charge U on the car insurance cos they raise the cost of your car insurance cant wait till next year so I can Go back To Mercury

Ive had occasions over the years to visit the Camarillo AAA office and have always had excellent service. Some years ago there may have been a bit of a wait, but not in the least in recent years. Great service, always!

The complaints about this location are numerous. I wonder how much else they are unhappy about.Im a stickler for good caring service. These people would run next store and getcha an ice cream cone if thats what you wanted. They are amazing. Perfect? None of us are.Yes they can get a bit busy but if you havent noticed, Camarillo is not that small town it once was.Try going to DMV without an appointment, 3 hours of your life you will never get back.

Ive done alot of business with this company at this location. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and theyre open 6 days a week. Good prices, alot of DMV information there and you can get tags

Worst insurance company to. Deal with!! They are only good at Towing or if you need a battery!!Avoid them for Auto. Insurance! They are very Condescending and Rude and will. Always try to deny a claim even if it isnt your fault.

They dont know what they are doing at this location. It has taken me 4 visits to this place to simply update my information and they still dont have it right. When asked to speak with a manager....they said they dont have one at this office. The incompetence level is killing me!
