Called for an appt and they never got back to me. Found someone else thats awesome!So I called late on Thursday evening and a woman answered my call. She told me shed find out if she could get someone out the next day and if not then Monday. I called back twice and there was no answer, during working hours, and never got a returned call.

We replaced a 2-furnace 2- AC system. Ron walked us through the many options for equipment, focusing on manufacturers, cost, efficiency, air filtration etc. Once we decided the work was scheduled - started on-time and completed on time. Ron and is team did a great job throughout the installation, including working with on some minor changes. All in all, competitive and extremely competent.

Both of my A/C units went down on one of the hottest weekends of the summer. I called Aire Serv at 8am on Monday and they were at my door less than 4 hours later. They got the upstairs unit up and running again then returned at 8am the next day to replace the fried blower fan motor. What an answer to prayer they were!

Have used Aire Serve for years. Great company with personal caring service at a reasonable price. When my furnace went out they responded within hours and quickly replaced the faulty part.

Arrived in 15 minutes. Diagnosed problem on 5 minutes. Spent 45 minutes checking and rechecking the entire AC/Heat unit.Never had anyone this good!!

Shane let us know when he was on the way, arrived in about 20 min. He was friendly, checked my system thoroughly and fixed my problem. He did not rush and explained everything.

They are not 24 hour, I called them and no one answered the phone at 10pm. I needed my mothers heater fixed. I went with someone else who was able to come out within 30 minutes of my call.
