Great place, I scheduled a tow for a certain day, they came in time, got a call like they said I would get when the driver would be near. Everything was fast and efficient, they told me how they charge so I looked at the miles that my distance was to calculate the price but the price the tow truck driver gave me was actually lower than i calculated. Im definitely going to be calling again if I ever need a tow.

They were very good with how they handled my situation. Wasn’t too expensive. They were right on time as well. I would recommend to anyone

They flattened 2 of my tires and had the audacity to ask if I wanted to buy new tires from them!!! Horrible place... should be shut down!!!

I got a flat tire and brought it to them and got them to change it. It was the best price I have seen around here, and they did a great job. It is worth every penny to use their services, they are never let, they never do anything halfway, and their prices are fair.

Agree they are horrible!! They sent 3 trucks to do a job of 2 and we still got charged for 3 trucks even tho the 3rd one didnt do anything..we got charged for for 4 hours and they were only there for 2 hours

They dont except cards, they said they dont have change and kept/took the rest of my money. When I got my vehicle the whole inside was trashed from people going through it. All of my belongings were scattered throughout the entire vehicle, my seats and interior was stained, they stole items from the arm rest, glove box, ect... Even raccoons were in my vehicle and it was only there for 2 days. I have been terribly disrespected by this company and I am beyond disappointed. 😡😠😤👎

My stolen car was towed and got notice from police after a week. I paid $790 ( on a Friday) , they looked for my car but couldnt find my car. Asked me to come back on Monday which I said to them I couldnt make. Was there on Wednesday but asked me for additional $130 storage for their failure to find my car. I asked them if they pay me any thing for not knowing where my car was after paying them on Friday? This is a sham business policy but unfortunately, I dont have time to drag this issue with them.Be warned! Stay clear of this company if you can.

They charged me 2 days storage although they had the car less than 15 hours, state law does not allow for storage fees before a 24 hours lapse period, When i asked for a detailed receipt to get this documented they refused to do so, also they wanted the fee paid in cash to cover their tracks, they gave me a document to sign that they will not give a copy for it ( they called it internal document) that has different amounts of charges ( alot less than what they took from me) .

Worst experience of my life. I was charged $545.00 for overnight storage. After being hospitalized overnight. Went the next morning to pick up car. Axle was broken and not driveable. However, you have to pay first to see your car. DECEPTIVE PRACTOCES, RUDE EMPLOYEES, SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS.

Mental note to never call them again and to tell everyone not to use them as well.I thought it was outrageous they were charging $150.00 for a jump. I understand they may have been swamped with calls but to charge that amount was a sign they were preying on folks that were vulnerable. 150 is overkill. Also the person answering the phone was rude.

After being involved in a accident and being put into a ambulance at the scene , Illinois State Police assured me my car would be taken to a secure site. After release from hospital I had a friend drive me up to the city & signed the release for vehicle to be towed 60 miles closer to home. Upon entering my Totaled car today, (right after it was dropped)I discovered that someone had rummaged thru it. They took a $300.00 Dash Cam right off the windshield. Money, Checkbook & Personal Items from Center Console who knows what else. So much for a secure site.

I have had the pleasure of having my car towed by Wess Service twice. Of course getting your car towed isnt pleasurable at all, for any reason, its a big inconvenience. The reason I say I had a pleasurable experience then, is based solely on the professionalism of the staff, drivers in particular, but the dispatchers as well. I like it that they show up when they say they will, that means everything when youre stranded. The drivers were very friendly and easy going, very knowledgeable as well. Basically, everybody did what they were supposed to do. Cant ask for more than that.

Well I got my car towed because Im an idiot which is probably what these other reviews are from- bad choices. One thing I liked about them was their professionalism while towing my car. I have a car thats like a baby to me- not a scratch and I was in and out in no time. This must be a tough business for them as they arent the ones at fault for the tow typically. Lied about getting to my vehicle in an hour. I waited for over 3 hours at midnight with small children. I will never use them again. I feel like they just didnt want me to call another tow service so they can get my money.

The lady at the front had attitude as soon as we stepped foot into the office. When asking question she was so busy about getting the payment vs answering questions about the car! Very unprofessional!!!

I waited over 3 hours past midnight. Service is terrible and the lady or who ever it was that took my phone call no manners at at all seemed like she had an attitude. They never called to say that they were on the way or if they were gonna be late.

Well the young lady who I spoke to in regard to retrieving my vehicle said to me she cannot give me any information on my car she was very unprofessional my car was parked correctly on private property and all because of these jealous security guards at my place of business they had my vehicle towed it really is criminal what these guys are doing to people the tow guys just sit in the mall lot and conspire with the security there to take people cars that they work hard for and I am a law abiding citizen who does the same job these guys at the mall do but due to my second job inside the mall they stereo type me and think I am a thug and have petty things done to me like getting my car towed oh and due to the holiday the police vehicle release office is closed so they say I cant get my car back til Monday and Im probably going to have to pay storage fees. Smh this company is illegally robbing people but in a as they see it legal way how can you tow a legally parked car.

Wess Service stole my car. On October 14th, 2015 my navy blue 2009 Chevy Cobalt was parked in the lot at Lifetime Fitness in Orland Park. Rico drove up, loaded my car on a flat bed tow truck and took off southbound on La Grange Rd, according to the surveillance tape at Lifetime. I spent the afternoon with the Orland Park police, the nice people at Lifetime, my insurance agent, claims adjuster and Enterprise Car Rental. Four hours later Lifetime calls to say that the Tow Guy from Hell was returning my car. He was actually supposed to pick up a gray Cobalt. What about checking the plate or vin number??? I didnt even get a call saying Sorry about that I feel so badly abused that if I could afford to, I would drag them through court.

I cant believe this place is still in operation...they towed my vehicle before my choice of towing company arrived then when I finally found out where my car was I was told you can get your registration out of your car and nothing else Dam this was a ilegal tow then to tell me they dont accept any cards only cash now check this out the bill was $345.00 I give her $350.00 when I returned only to be told they dont give change it has to be exact amount....Why are these crooks getting any business..I guess if you just call them for a tow you wouldnt know what goes on in this hell hole..and very bad attitudes at the front desk...but one day they will meet the right one....

Some of the worst customer service . (Must be hurting for cash!) Police called this place not us. But over 200 for a tow that was less that 5 miles away. And the driver states i better be getting paid.. wow . 1st off over charging like a SOB then bad attitude on top of it Precision Towing in portage was cheaper than this an towed me over 50 miles crazy they were nice too . we r still not done bc insurance an the place an blah blah what a joke.. i wouldnt tell anyone to go to this place ever..........EDIT TO THE STORY.. the owners did reach out sent me $100.00 to take my family out bc this is not the service they want to be known for!!!
