Service is getting worse. I went to get my battery replaced because I bought it in 2018. Couldnt find my purchase. I was told that I needed to bring my original receipt. I told them to look at in the system. I was told, you have been here like 15 times! Wow... Being a loyal customer is a niunsance... Then I was told that it was a replacement from the original, I bought the car there in 2014. I told them I did paid for it about $170... Finally they were able to find the records.. I wanted to make an appt to have it installed, was told it was not needed.. I was there for a total of 2:15 hours... Just for a battery replacement... Not going back...
