This is not a good place to go get your car fix, they will fix the problem but mess something else up, I did not catch the nick in the door until I pulled out the lot. I did not see that my motor cover was missing until 3 or 4 days after they fixed the radio I looked under the hood.And then I remember a man bringing his car back to them and they argue him down about they did not mess up his lights.

Just got a new car from here traveled from Michigan after calling several dealers. Leon my salesman was what made me come here I could tell right away on the phone he actually wanted to help me. He was very straightforward and on top of things. Also the manager Ken was very professional and helpful. This place seems very well managed I will most definitely be back here to buy my next Lincoln! Only problem is I’m not local so I can’t bring my vehicle here to service I’m sure the service department is just as good!

I Recently had a four wheel alignment done at Napleton. I own a Lincoln but the work was completed in the Cadillac service department because the alignment device is there. I went in for a front wheel alignment but the young lady who checked me in came some time later and informed me a four wheel alignment was necessary. Without hesitation I stated thats fine....that was on a Monday.That Friday of the same week, after four days of expressway driving (approximately 60 miles a day) at 70 mph or better a rear tie-rod broke. Fortunately I was parked at a department store preparing to exit when it broke and not on the expressway. My vehicle in now in another shop getting repaired. Not only will I NOT go back to that store for any more repairs, but what is so disturbing is I was told that when they do alignments they dont do Inspections. In my lifetime of getting my many vehicles service, especially at a dealership I have never heard such a statement. If thats the case one should be able to tell a mechanic what is wrong and that is what should be repaired. The shop where Im having my vehicle repaired stated they wont do an alignment without doing a thorough inspection 1st. Because there are mechanics involved if a part replacement is needed not fixing could prevent the alignment from being done correctly or lasting.Lastly, the alignment was done well. Im not returning as a customer because I dont want to pay for another alignment because now a problem has arose and I was told on the phone that once you drive out the door, if you hit a pot hole or have to come back within a short period of time youll have to pay for another alignment, no warranty is offered. Even if that is the case every mechanic I have reached out to stated with the age of my vehicle, many original parts, they should have checked the suspension.

Lana Atkinson is a horrible service advisor, who blames everyone else for her lack of communication with customers and as a person she had no regard for the situation that she put you in .My car was there at 730 appt that was giving and I had to call her several times to check the status on my vehicle . I did not have that Lincoln experience from that place. I advise everyone ,don’t go to the Lincoln dealership in calumet city Illinois.Horrible horrible horrible person

I purchased my Lincoln mkc 2017 here. That experience was great the sales guys are great for a long time. The service is getting bad there. Now when they service your car it takes a while but that is expected at times. Here lately the customer service over the phone with this young lady isn’t so pleasant. They made a mistake when putting in my request for my car tire cover to be replaced and oil change. They put in something about my engine. I never said anything about my engine. They had my car from 10:00am to about 4:00 pm without completing the job. This lady called me to tell me i need new tires and the $650 value for two tires. Never asked what other issue I had to be done from my paperwork. She said we just thought it was nothing else wrong. I am very upset that now I have to make another appointment for them to finish service that should have been done that day. She isn’t apologetic as we all have busy schedules. She act unconcerned with the customer issues or inconveniencing the customer when they are in the wrong. This experience with them has been the worst by far. I won’t even want to talk about the guy they had to come get my car. He was more worried about talking to the driver about knee replacement then actually coming to get my car I had to come outside to the street in my robe to actually give him my key. Poor poor customer service. Now they can’t see me again until 2-4-2020 two weeks later. Also she told me she was going to call me back three days ago the day of my service and never did.

Im really surprised management has not done something about the service department here. As I looked through reviews I noticed that many customers have had the same bad experience I have had. The service department is terrible, they do not care about the customer. If youre looking to buy here the sales team is great but if you are looking to have your car serviced go elsewhere.

Lack of 0 stars option is frustrating.napletons river oaks lincoln (lack of capitalization intentional) had my truck for over a week just to tell me it was a computer problem and they dont have the equipment to fix it. Seriously youre a dealership!!! I got the truck towed to Webb Ford, best service ever:DAY 1- my bad extra key needed for programming (key in Michigan)Day 2- diagnosed as bad Body control module, need to order partDay 3- part in..... repair complete.I am truly impressed! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I put my car in the shop October 20,2020 and I just got it back November 24. They had my car for over a month. After driving it for a day my car started smoking from the tail pipe which was the originally reason why I took it in. They had my car for over a month and did not fix anything. Had to get my car towed back to the shop after one day of having it. Where is Mr. Vince??? when he was there my family and I never had no PROBLEMS. I was told my wait was so long because they were waiting to hear from the extended warranty. I ask for the number and took care of business within one hour. Which leads me to believe they had never made the call to the warranty company. Hey Mr.Napleton you really need to evaluated your staff in your service department!!! They are getting paid and doing absolutely nothing!!! I am now without a car again!!! NOT ONLY WAS MY CAR NEVER FIX THEY DONT EVEN WASH YOUR CAR ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership has declined. My family and I have been purchasing cars from this dealership for 20 years, and I hate to say that my more current experiences has not been great. It seems like there is a lack of care for the up keeping of the building and overall concern for customer satisfaction, specifically within the service department. Lets just say I will not lease or purchase another car from this dealership.

This place has the worst service department!! The ONLY reason I keep going back is so they can fix what they were supposed to fix. Ive had sunroof issues and each time I go back they tell me something else is wrong with it, but in the meantime it is still not working properly. Then there is a recall on my car. They told me I had to bring in the car before they can order the part. When I asked why i needed to come in, Vince told me they needed the mileage and color of the car. Really??!! What sense does that make. If you have a Lincoln, please do yourself a favor and find a service department at another dealership!

Went there with my 04 Lincoln Aviator to be repaired was met by the service manager who took care of me .. I went back to retrieve my vehicle I was told a different scenario they tried to tell me that it was a wheel bearing I had just had both wheel bearings replaced and it was not that the car was over heating then after a while I was told never to bring my car back again take it somewhere else to be fixed.......I thought that was very rude then I was almost charged a fee for the rental that they lend me because they never called me and I had the rental for 2 weeks it was not my fault I was not treated right I went to Christian Chevrolet in Highland Indiana and bought 3 cars from them and was treated with the utmost respect and kindness after writing a brief synopsis of what transpired I was never given a call from the dealership nor the owner and then I was never retrieved of $30 extra that I gave them for my other repairs they never gave it back to me so I think this dealership is really really not the kind of dealership people should go to try Christian Chevrolet in Highland Indiana it will satisfy you not only that but you will also be treated with the upmost respect and get a call back or should I drop off my 3 cars from them I have been receiving calls Ive had taken my car is in for service and treated with the utmost kindness ever trying Christian Chevrolet in Highland Indiana

Beware- poor customer service and hidden fees. I was quoted a final price after tax, title, licence, etc but they tacked on another $600 after I made the trip and was ready to purchase at the already agreed-upon price. This is a standard charge for them but I thought it was tacky--especially since it wasnt mentioned anytime prior to the sale.Also, have had terrible customer service from management. Ive had a concern and was told to contact the General Sales Manager John Tyler to take care of it. Ive emailed him twice and left 4 messages and cannot get a response. Seems like they do not care about you after you have purchased the price and makes you feel unappreciated.

I have A Lincoln MKX 2010 Ive been coming to Napleton River Oaks for nearly 4 years for my routine maintenance . I was on the expressway when I went to brake and my brake pedal was hard and I had to avoid a collision . My Fiancé made me an appointment for 7/16 @ 2pm . Arrived at noon told Service Writer Vince the problem and do my oil change , lube doorjams . No call on 7/16 I called on 7/17@ 9am . Vince said it was the brake booster and was covered , I asked why wasnt I notified of this recall !! Vince replied its a Plan not a Recall. I went on line to find: 13N02 Extended Warranty-Coverage Brake Booster 2010-2013 Ford Edge/Lincoln MKX September 16,2014: Now I have been coming to this dealership for regular oil changes routine maintenance . Never a FYI Ms Washington on this Plan but I did get a FYI on My Mass Air Flow Sensor needing to be cleaned for 328.00 during my routine oil change in March of 2018 🤷🏽‍♀️ I went to get my SUVWith my Fiancé @ 3pm , meanwhile he was disappointed because I was never notfied of this Brake Booster Plan on my SUV, we pay for the oil change wait 15mins to bring the SUV drive off get on the expressway , get a call from my fiancé to get off the expressway cause my Brake Lights where stuck on !!!!! Get back to Napleton in River Oaks , My Fiancé went to Vince telling him the Brake Lights where ON and Vince is in my Fiancé Face Yelling Pointing his Finger in My Fiancé Face being Very Agressive and Irrational Unprofessional ,No Empathy towards the Situation !!! The service manger Joe came out checking the brake lights (like I was lying) the mechanic started checking by the brake pedal . Joe was getting me a rental then the mechanic change the brake switch and sent us on our way !!!! No said Ms Washington we are going to keep the SUV overnight to check it over in the morning and make sure everything is SAFE for you to Drive your vehicleWhen I get home my Fiancé wanted to check the oil to see if that was done right to find my chrome trim on the left side of the hood the clip was missing which wasnt when I took it in to Napleton and the inside of my interior was dirty with oil from them changing the brake switch .Im soo OVERWHELMED with this type of Unprofessional Service by a Company I thought I had Established a Relationship with since Im a Loyal Lincoln Owner ??? I have a Vehicle Im Afraid to drive until I get it checked out by another dealer service deptment .

Bought my truck from here bad experience told the sales person on way home from buying the truck that brakes were squeling bad and he said they would fix it so I brought it back in and they worked on it as they said came and picked it up still not fixed called back got a hold of Scott mudrak pre owned sales manager and he said there is nothing wrong with the brakes even if they make noises like a train was stopping this dealership is trying all they can not to fix the problem they said they would fix when I bought the carCalled this gm john Tyler and he was not available so the tranfered me to the service manager that set me up with appointment then went to appointment and they said there is nothing they can do so I waited for another manager to show up which one did and he went back to sales manager and they decided to tell me if I wanted it fixed they will split the difference so basically this dealership did not fix the problem they said they would fix when I bought the car I would not recommend buying a car from them again unless you want to get the run around on things they say they will do

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! My boyfriend bought is 2013 mkz from here and he has had nothing but issues. His approved used Lincoln had 4 bald tires and the dealer only have him two. They sold him a plan that was supposed to cover everything for the length of the loan. He went to a dealer by us and that portion of the service plan expired. Theyre shady as hell. The old service manager now works for lakeshore Ford and told my boyfriend he left due to the shadyness of this place. We will never step foot, or promote this place. Our business is going to art hill in Merrillville where they treat you with respect, dont lie, and have 5 star ratings.
