DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR OR EVEN A 5 SPEED BICYCLE TO THIS SHOP! I arrived at the shop about 11am roughly. Over 2 and a half hours sitting. While waiting I look up and my 99 dodge is in the bay being extuingished after they sprayed starting fluid near an arking wire. The way of diagnosis was inproper for what should be a professional ship. They started my truck on fire and said it was unburnt gas. Gasoline goes kaboom am I right with clouds of dark smoke.my engine wouldve been charred had it been gasoline. But no everyone seemed to have their eye brows so. This fire was caused by their negligence and will post my experience on all of social media. I feel bullied by Amar after he lied straight to my face and said it was gas. 85 dollars was forced to pay after his guys started the fire. Pictures tell the truth DO NOT BRING NOTHING HERE!!

Went there for a wheel alignment, called ahead of time and the guy told me what time I needed to have it there. Ran 5 minutes behind and he said it wouldnt be ready until the next day because of 5 minutes and he stayed on the phone for 10 when I got there joking around with someone. They need customer service lessons.

This shop is great. Anytime I have a tire or alignment issue, I take my car here first. I recommend them to anyone. Theyre friendly and fast. Theyre honest and upfront about repairs that you might need and are willing to explain things to you.Ive never had a problem with anyone here. After reading the older reviews, it seems theyve changed management. Ive experienced none of the issues others seem to have had in the past. Everyone here is great to work with. I refer everyone I know to them.Sometimes they get walk ins that pack the place and it takes a little while, but I usually go across the street and grabtacos and a margarita!

I drove my car to their shop to get a diagnostic test because my car was driving very slow.I decide to leave it because they said they wouldnt be able to get to it the same day.The next day I got a call stating my car needed calipers. But the office personal said they took my O2 sensors off my car and now it is very loud sounding and it will not start up.My question to them was WHY? DID YOU TAKE ANYTHING OFF MY CAR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, THEY SUPPOSE TO ASK ME FIRST, IF I WANTED THEM TO DO ANY WORK ON MY VEHICLE AS FAR AS FIXING IT OR TAKING OFF ANY PART IF NEEDED.As a result my vehicle wouldnt start at all after they did the diagnostic test.BUT I DROVE IT TO THEM, IT WAS DRIVABLE WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THEM.THEN THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD COST ME $2000 FOR THEM TO REPAIR IT.AT THIS POINT I WAS VERY VERY ANGRY!I TOLD THEM I WANTD THE MECHANIC TO PUT THE O2 SENSORS BACK ON MY VEHICLE AND I SHOULD BE ABLE TO LEAVE WITH MY CAR THE WAY IT WAS WHEN I DROVE IT THERE TO GET THE DIAGNOSIS.THEY REPLIED THE MECHANIC THAT REMOVED THE SENSORS WAS NOT THERE AND WILL NOT BE BACK TO WORK UNTIL MONDAY AND IF I WANTED THE SENSORS PUT BACK ON I HAD TO LEAVE MY VEHICLE THERE UNTIL MONFAY WHEN HE RETURNS..I WAS FURIOUS! This place gets 0 they didn’t fix my car they just took my money I left with the same problem! When they lied and said it was a tune up needed and cylinder! Then they said it was a fuel pump! I just replaced in February! They charged me 415 for nothing! I’m sick! And reporting them to the better business bureau! Don’t go to them! They kept my car from 9-130 and said after all that time it wasn’t what they fixed! But that’s what supposedly the diagnostic test said! Scammers!

I have returned multiple times for the same issue. The wait time is extremely long. They will have you sit for hours if you decide to stay, if you leave they won’t start on your car for the next 4-5 hours. Don’t come here unless you want to waste your money

This place is horrible when I first went this lady had to bring her husband back with her because she needed one tire she said they took all of her good tires and switched it out for some other tires and how she knew is because she only use a specific brand they argue but nothing happened, all I was thinking was I hope I dont have problems but of course I did I had a blow out on my tire my rim was cracked and how I know is because Ive had it welded before and they told me it could possibly crack again I tell them this information he I guess the owner tells me oh we replaced your tire the rim wasnt cracked and overcharged me because I needed a tire and it the only shop opened late I paid it the very next day the same tire was flat take it back hes like oh your rim is cracked now you have to pay for the another tire and to fix the rim I did not pay and I was highly upset he was very aggressive and didnt want to help I gather from mines and the other lady situation that they get over on ppl

Charged 70 to repair a seal on my tire. DO NOT SEND YOUR LADY FRIENDS HERE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE. A brand new tire costs 50. Will never, ever go to these thirst buckets again

I came in for three tires he gave me a deal before I even asked and I was there less than a hour. Friendly and informative and wants to see you happy as a customer when you leave. I recommend them to any one in the south suburbs and NW Indiana area

I had a horrible experience at this establishment. It took 9 hours to get my brakes replaced (pads and rotors) and I was charged more than the price I was quoted over the phone! Very unprofessional and they have no accountability for their errors. All the owner could say was sorry. Ill never go there again.

Great first impression. It was a short wait. The initial phone contact and initial counter contact was friendly and knowledgeable, but the repair staff was lacking that same professionalism. They did not put back on one of my center caps on the rim (wheel) that was removed for balancing. Don’t trust that the staff is detailed about their work. Do a walk around of your vehicle and check it before pulling off. It was there’re at the vehicle workstation, but I had to waste time coming back to have it put back onto the car rim. It only took about 5 mins. to put it back on, but still not cool. I was also, not offered any compensation for the inconvenience of having to come back. This is not a way to retain customers.

Had a misfire diagnosis and fixed here, only went here because it was convenient and close by. I personally feel like this place overcharges and is essentially only after your money. I did not experience much trouble with my car after the misfire was fixed but in the past I got an oil change here and since then my car was making weird noises when turning. Also when they say the diagnosis fee is waved off if you decide to get your car fixed here its a lie.

They put the wrong oil filter and ring on my car and while driving my car started shaking and wouldn’t accelerate. I brought it up to the dealership to find out the mistake they did and the damage it caused my 2016 Chevy Trax. When I called to complain about the mistake I was told that there was nothing they could do other than me bringing my car back to them. Why would I do that?? It is now costing me more money to fix several problems on my car. They will know who I am when it’s said and done.

Went there today Oct. 2017. Had a bolt in my Tire told the guy at the front desk let me know how much before you do anything. He came back said $15 to plug $20 to patch. I knew a cheaper place a little further away so I said thats ok Ill take the car as is. He said its $10 for looking at it. I told him when I said I wanted pricing you should have told me about the $10 at that point. Then he tells me the one month old Tire is worn & needs to be replaced. They are in the business of making money not good customer service & they are not honest. My advice to you is dont go to PREMIER EXPRESS TIRE IN CALUMET CITY IL ON TORRENCE!

Brought my car there A couple months ago. Walked out of there paying $500 for a tune up, $80 for an old change and got the purge solenoid $160 fixed on my Cadillac. My car has been parked for a few weeks because I was out of town on business. Drove it today omg it started making the same noises as it did when I first took it to them and then the car shut off. I Took it back to them they told me I needed a new engine. I didn’t have any engine oil in my car. I’ve always have regular tune ups and oil changes and this never happened before until I brought my car to them for an oil change. They didn’t put enough oil in my car otherwise now they think im going to trust them to put an engine in my car. I never should have went here! Saving a few hundred dollars is now going to cost me about $4000 or more to get fixed smh

DO NOT by any means bring your car here! I should have ran for the door when a customer came back in, after they paid, and said their car cut off but they already had my car. Its only a slow leak. I told myself. They wont mess that up. I told myself. My my my, how wrong I was! I bought two brand new tires from this place January of last year. This past Saturday, I brought my car in because one of the tires was leaking air. They got me in pretty quickly. Great start or so I thought. The mechanic comes and tells me I need a sensor, stem valve and patch work for a nail thats in my tire. None of which is covered under the tires warranty. Even though I had a previous test done and the stem valve WAS NOT leaking, it was broken, so I told them to go ahead with everything. About 45 minutes to an hour later (almost closing), I pay, get my keys and go on my merry way. When i get to my car, I notice my clock is reset. Not a big deal right? I set the clock and drive away. Fast forward to today, I come outside and that same tire is low! I immediately call Premier Express and they tell me to bring the car in. I also should add, this is about a 20 minute drive from my house. Anyway, I bring the car in and now theyre saying its a hole in the tire that was possibly missed by the technicians but they doubt it. When I inform the mechanic, Im 100% sure that same hole was there and should have been caught when they fixed the tire, he tells me all he can do is sell me another one. They cant fix it. So, I should buy another new tire when this one was new last year and you fixed it this past weekend? No, thank you! I was going to buy a new tire BUT it wouldnt be from here to get ripped off again! So, I tell him no, thank you, ask for my tire to be put back on and to have my car back. I wait for another 30 minutes. Finally someone pulls my car out. I take my car to Pep Boys. As the mechanic there gets ready to work on my car, he informs me all of my lug nuts are stripped on that tire. Not only did this business charge me $75 and NOT fix my tire but they also stripped my lug nuts? My boyfriend calls the company. They tell him to have me bring the car back yet again! I wait yet again. Now, they tell me, Oh they were like that when you came in and we had a problem getting the tire off too. When I asked why no one informed me of that when I was there the mechanic/manager/owner (I guess owner because he told me no one is above him and he reports to no one) told me, Oh, I dont know because I wasnt here. Wow! Such great service! Why did they tell me to come back? Guess what though. He could sell me some if I wanted. Again, no, thank you! You would think this would be the end of my nightmare right? No! I leave there and run a couple of errands. After I come out of the second store, my car wont start! Never had ANY types of problems with my car not starting until I came there. Called again! Mark says, We didnt touch anything but the tire. I ask, Then how did my clock get reset on the first day? Silence. Theyre not going to do anything about any of their shoddy work and Im in the process of fighting them tooth and nail! This company is a complete and utter rip off! Please do not go here! Good reviews are either from the company or people who got lucky! Please dont make the same mistake I did and end up spending more money than you have to when this company breaks things on your car and doesnt own up to it! Absolutely ridiculous!
