We called Chris after we noticed our dryer was not heating the clothes the way it used to, he came the same day we called and the picture shows just what he pulled from the bottom of our vent, he pulled quite a bit from the roof also. They also discovered upon arrival that the previous owners had dry walled in the access to the supply ducts so they would only be able to service the returns. The call to arrange the appointment, and the three employees who arrived on time and confirmed the work to be done, then covered furniture & floors as necessary.
