I researched many companies using both my own searches, Com Ed tools and Energy Sage. Unfortunately for others, Millennium Solar is not easily found. It is a hidden gem. A personal connection brought me to this local company which was not like the sharks in the water that many others in the solar industry appeared to be. Finding a provider that was not trying to milk me for high origination fees, and inflated financing was truly difficult. I have been very happy with Millennium Solar and their approach to the customer needs including tailoring the system, financing options, and communicating potential problems. I really appreciated the consistent communication and the thoroughness of the project details.

Our heater went out yesterday 11/26/2013 I called and talked to Christopher Williams on the phone he came right over (it was night time) and our heater needed a new part so we had to wait till today. Millennium Electric & Heating was my guardian angel during this cold, cold extremely cold winter season. My furnace could no longer hang in there, it quit working in the middle of my Xmas Party, thankfully none of my guest noticed. Called them for a furnace cleaning after having a fire at my house. They came out same day, were very professional and quick with the work. The work was great and the service was great too.

Early in 2013 I had a supposed professional looks at my problematic furnace and he did some hack to have the unit work for a month or so. When it failed again I couldnt find the guy. I lived with it until winter ended.When November came and it started getting really cold the unit was still failing. I called Chris and he stopped by the next day. Paid $135 for a 15 min estimate on which I thought 1 hour of labor to be included. Very misleading, techs also do hvac so they are very busy in the winter. Will not hire due to unprofessionalism.

Today was listed as one of the coldest days in the Chicago land history. I woke up to find my furnace was not working. My wife found the number for Millennium solar electirc we called them at 7:45am and Chris from Millennium Solar Electric was at our house by 9:30am by 9:52am he had diagnosed the problem and was on his way to place an order for the missing part. To my suprise he was back at our house with the part at 4:20pm and our furnace was up and running by 4:40pm. This is our second time using Millennium Solar Electric they are prompt, knowledable and FARE I feel like we are paying the right price for the excellent service we receive from Millennium Solar Electric what a Great Company you can depend on and Trust.
