Time and time again I come in to get my haircut, to make sure that my hair can stay in regulations for the Military, but they have never EVER listened to my personal instructions for my hair. I always ask, Just cut the hairs touching the ears, and a round tapers back, I SPECIFICALLY ask these instructions, its literally all I want and they cut my hair way too short each time.Just because other military members want the same general hairstyle doesnt mean mine should be the same way, my instructions could not be clearer, easier. The barbers are nice, but I hate how my expectations of simply cutting the hairs only touching my ears are never met, that is the easiest haircut, which is why Ill be doing it myself from now on.What urks me even more is that I keep getting questions like, Are you sure your hair isnt too long for the Military? I very much know the regulations for how the hair should be, thats why I ask very specifically just just cut a simple few hairs in a nice directions around my ears and back of neck.Never getting my hair cut by a supercuts again.

I love my hair cut! Taylor cut my hair and waxed my eyebrows. Shes awesome and I highly recommend her. I brought in a picture of what I wanted my hair cut to look like and she cut it exactly how I wanted.The place is clean and organized. Very comfortable. The girls working there were very friendly. Everyone wore masks.

This business does take walk-ins but you can also schedule appointments I did it as a walk-in and it was about 20 something dollars but thats with the tip I added they had perfectly trimmed my hair to even it back out after growing out an undercut that I never want to do again but the staff is very friendly easy going and cut hair very professionally.

Booked an appt here with Ms. Melissa, who came highly recommended by my mil. She did amazing! I was super nervous and doing a big chop. But she joked with me and put me at ease and verified what I wanted during each step. And I LOVE how my hair turned out!

I think it was pretty good! Got my hair cut and dyed a rather bold color-- the staff was relatively nice and good at what they did (one employee claiming they were in the industry for 20+ years). Overall, would 100% recommend!!

Where to start, I’m not even mad at the lady who cut my hair I’m mad at the people in charge letting her cut my hair knowing she’s not completely comfortable cutting not only my hair but the way I wanted my hair cut.Second, I showed them a picture of how I wanted it (how my hair was cut about 2 weeks ago) and it ended up no where near what I wanted.Lastly, the haircut itself was just not good, I had to come home and clean up the plethora of stray hairs and it’s waaay shorter than what I asked for.I was essentially used for “practice” for the new girl, and the sad part is, those were her words not mine.

Called today to make appointment, girl said no appointment necessary. Walked in, walked out. Only one employee actually wearing a mask. Others just had masks around their necks. Saw a couple girls spray chairs but didnt wipe them down. Not following reopening guidelines. There were 3 girls working, 5 people in lobby. Not a safe environment as far as I am concerned.

This salon was not very busy, so I was a little hesitant. Waited outside to see if anyone came out or went in. (After my experience with BK, I take nothing for granted.) Finally saw a nice looking man go in. They were able to see me. The stylist was very nice. I just needed a trim, and she did exactly what I wanted. I live in a military town, so the guy needed an up and tight. His stylist did a great job. The military personnel have very exacting standards, and this man said he always uses this salon. For some reason, I didnt ask if he had an appointment or if he used the same stylist.

Count your change if paying with cash!!!! I do a walk in and am seated by an older woman named melissa, she was very talkative & friendly, did a great job on my hair but at the end it was $25, I gave her $40, she was giving me $10 back (we were talking, I wasnt paying attention)which I let her have the 10 bc she was nice to me but after I left I realized she was holding back $5 for herself bc my change was supposed to be $15 and I tipped her 10 already, so she basically got a $15 tip. I definitely wouldnt have tipped her 10 if Id payed more attention that she wasnt giving me my right amount.

Melissa is the best ! I have been going here for many years and the manager Melissa is always doing a wonderful job. I recommended her to some of my family members and friends and they are very happy with her work as well.

Came in on my lunch break with an unusual request. Amber warned me ahead of time that my hair was too thin for that look but she was able to make it work. Was well pleased with job that she did!

Cheap decent haircuts

Very nice shop and stylists. Needed just about 7 highlights and they were recommended. All the gals are so friendly and nice. Natasha and Jennifer! Had my highlights and style; it stayed looking good for days. Only reason Im not giving a 5 star is that I have not had a cut there.

I went in with long hair and asked to get it cleaned up around the sides. The young woman with pink hair must not understand what that means. She gave me a buzz cut around the sides before I could even say stop. I asked her how short she was cutting it and she told me that this is how SHE was doing it! She was not a pleasant person to even to encounter. She might consider listening to the customer and understand what is being requested instead of an attitude because she has a work on a Saturday morning.

Thank you to Jennifer for losing longtime business at this location. Let me start off by saying I know how this place runs. My boyfriend has been coming here for longer than we’ve been together. (Going on three years now) Usually anytime he asks me to call and make him an appointment it’s pretty easy breezy. This time was the complete disaster. They open at 11 on Sundays & I tried to make an appointment, like we normally do. To start things off she immediately tried to prevent me from making an appointment and just come in, and began to get very argumentative over the phone. She then told me they no longer accept appointments on Sunday. If anyone has been to this location on a Sunday morning it’s almost as chaotic as Walmart on Black Friday. As I mentioned we have done this before, and have been here recently. So I know the appointment thing has not changed. I told her again I would like to make an appointment. She then says “fine but I won’t take you before 11:30”. So I told her okay fine. She then laughed after I said that. (Unsure if my frustration was amusing to this woman or what?) If she had previous appointments then I would of understood. (She didn’t, I asked. She said “I just don’t like making appointments that early in the day) she then tried to tell me that they would be short staffed on this day. (If that was the case you could of let me know from the beginning of the conversation instead of now trying to cover yourself and avoid the frustration.) To shorten this story up, don’t go here. Avoid the headache. You’d be better off anywhere else.

You have to have a consultation before getting highlights in which they blatantly tell you that you cant get both in one day. How inconvenient. Ive had my hair done professionally for years and never heard of this.

I went to this place for a hair cut. There was only 2 hair stylists and one costumer in the building. I arrived at the door, and there was no greetings. Normally when you enter a hair salon, you normally hear: Good morning, Do you need a hair cut?. But in my case, I didnt hear anything! So I had to tell the stylist what I wanted to have done. After my good morning greeting to her. She told me that it would take a few minutes because she had to clean up her station, and I was going be the next. I replied: no problem. Then a man walked in saying that he needed a hair cut. She asked him if he had an appointment, and he said no. She asked him to sit down and started working on his hair. I should been the next one, but for some reason she decided to take him first. Completely ignoring me. I felt really bad, and left. Im pretty sure I was a victim of discrimination at Supercuts. Im latina, and it shows very well. By the color of my skin, hair, eyes, and my Portuguese ascent. Its really bad when people dont want to give you service, that I would pay very well. Only because you dont have white skin, and blue eyes. Shame on you Callaway Supercuts!

DO NOT get your hair cut here. Take your money across the street to cuts by us. I went here 1 time and walked out looking like Justin Bieber. Not in a good way either. My husband goes once a month and always gets a horrible haircut. He’s just too damn nice to tell them they suck. Today he finally realized his wife was right and he should have stopped giving them his business a long time ago. They can’t do a simple fade. He’s had to go back before to get it fixed and they charged him again to fix their mistake. Today he came home with a ridiculous line around his head and ended up shaving his head. DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT go to this chop shop. They don’t know how to cut hair. You have been warned.

Stylists are just too fast, they worry too much about moving money rather than giving a good haircut. My boyfriend always leaves without a well blended haircut. I have to fix it everytime. Id rather just save the money and tip and just do it all myself

Brought my kids into the store to cut my kids hairs. my daughter did get a good haircut, but my sons haircut came out looking like he should have been a girl. He had shoulder length hair and the stylist cut it well above the collar and thinned it out as well before i knew what she was doing, this is completely opposite of what she was told to do. i told her to cut the back straight and even the sides out and to blend with the backs length. When questioned why she was cutting his hair so short, well he wanted it that way. He did not fully understand what she was asking him and should have cut the hair as directed by me. She did not care that she messed his hair up and I actually believe she thinks it was funny. She furthermore did not apologize for her mistake or discount the hair cut. I had to make her cut his sides even shorter to fix her mistake and make his hair look a boys hair cut.

Barbara always provides an excellent cut and is very knowledgeable with color. Reasonably priced too.

I wont be going back here since the hair stylist I had told me, after I got my haircut, that they only give active duty military spouses a 10% discount. That is compared to the $10 haircuts I used to get with the active duty discount. Needless to say, with a $5 tip, that bumped my hair cut from $15, including tip, to $19.95.... thank for the $0.05 discount but I think Ill just go to base or another hair salon that supports their military families, and not just the service member.

I wouldnt even give it one star if I didnt have to. They RUINED my daughters beautiful blonde hair. She had cut a small spot on the top of her head with scissors, so I took her in to even it out. They cut ALL her hair off and used clippers on it when I specifically asked for them not to. She had hair past her shoulders, and they buzzed the back of it. They cut around the small spot making it even bigger. Its not even a good boy hair cut, it is completly gapped up, and literally half of her head has layers, the other none. Not at all what we wanted. My 3 year old daughter cried when she got out of there. I was heart broken. One very angry Mommy. And I will be calling the owner tomorrow.
