My tax preparer Rebecca was awesome. I have used her for several years and she is very knowledgeable. I love going to her because she is also so personable and easy to talk to.

Fawn was very rude and disrespectful to my mother. My mother, step father, and sister went to do their taxes. The first thing fawn has said after seeing everyone’s ID’s was how have you two been married for years and you still haven’t changed your last name. She then begin to commit by saying “how did this happen” because my sisters last name was different. That was very uncalled for. She didn’t drop to think how that would make my mom or my 16 year old sister feel. She kept on with her commits they whole time. She did not give my mother the option to do direct deposit at all. Her only option was the card they offer. I am very irate at how this woman treated my mother. My mother left in tears she was treated so badly. I do not recommend this place what so ever !!!! My family will never Be back here. No one deserves to be treated that way just because they don’t have the same last names. It does not make them any less of a person. I really wish someone would teach that woman some manners.

Lynn White is a wonderful woman. She is great with our taxes each year. We only ask for her because she is very professional and knows what she is doing. 10/10 would recommend Lynn.
