Jeff was nice and easy to communicate with, was on time and very professional. This was at our private residence. I also own a small business and from looking at some of the other reviews here I know the pains of working with landlord/tenant jobs and the communication issues that can arise. All we had at our home was a good experience! Highly recommend

I am so glad that I found this company in time to refinance my house earlier this year. We were afraid that because of COVID-19 it would be hard to get a company to come out to do a termite inspection but the owner Jeff assured us that a technician could come out the same week we called! When the technician came he was very friendly and he wore a mask along with other protective gear to do the inspection. It was great how respectful he was of our home and our space.

I had an ant issue for months that I could not handle on my own. I called Master Termite and Pest and Jeff came out and treated my house. The ants are now gone!! Jeff was very professional and did an amazing job at my home.

This company was contracted by my apartments. I reported a wasps nest on my patio 3 weeks ago. After checking every few days and reporting the delay to management, they too were surprised that my service request wasn’t completed. Yesterday, my apartment was visited while I was out. BIG MISTAKE. Always stay home to make sure the service is completed properly. It looks as the the wasps nest was just kicked down. The nest is still on my patio and the wasps are now flying around searching for a new place to construct another nest. I’m positive repellents weren’t used. Absolutely poor quality and NO professionalism.

In my rental house we were having a really bad issue with roaches in our kitchen. We tried everything we could think of to get rid of them but it wasnt enough so we called Master Termite & Pest Services. They came over and dealt with the problem ASAP and we havent seen a single roach since. Thank you!

I am convinced they didn’t do anything... this morning I hear a guy come through the door and leave not even 2 minutes later... I came out the room and see a business card on the stove as if he did anything .. I know for a fact he did not spray the place ! When they think you’re not home they just leave the business card and go to make it seem like they did a service..

If youre looking for guys to come break your furniture then sneakily leave without mentioning anything by all means look no further. Wont return calls and deflect responsibility. Trash company.

I recently moved from an apartment complex in Atlanta that utilized the services of this company, and I continued to see roaches and palmetto bugs. Whatever they use it doesnt work. Also, their exterminator, David, was always very rude and outright told me that he knows nothing about roaches or palmetto bugs- he was just their to spray my apartment.I would not recommend Masters. The new complex I moved to use Terminex and not once have I seen any bugs.

This company has the sorriest owner on the planet. Do yourself a favor and get a company that doesnt steal.

There are more bugs now than before they came. You are supposed to add poison to the bait otherwise you are just feeding them.
