Came as a walk in. They were busy but saw me within an hour. Did a fill on a full set done at another salon . Really happy with result. Nail tech was very nice. Prices are more affordable than other salons in town I have tried . Pic is after 1 week

I love Lucky Nails! They provide excellent service with both fast and beautiful work. My SNS nails are always immaculate: not gobbed on thickly but not so thin that they break in a week, well-shaped, and most importantly, my nail bed is healthy. I cant recommend them enough! GO HERE!

Everyone was so nice. The calf and foot massage was the best I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Literally so amazing. I’ll definitely be back.

They did a great job on my nails. Got the dipping powder and its not too thick like another place I had them done. Also got a pedicure and toenails done for the first time and it was fantastic. Very relaxing environment.

They have the best customer service around. They also do excellent work. My wife frequently goes in and request Mister Randy. He hand paints and custom designs flowers and birds and all kinds of other artwork on her nails. Her latest request was I pink flamingo that he drew free hand by looking at a picture of one. I went today for first time and sat outside for over 30 min because they forgot the keys to open.then we waited while other after us got taken care of even though we had an appointment at ten.to top it off my nails look bad.one of them look like it doesnt have acrylic on it .and didnt even get a pedicure because she sat some one else down.my daughter waited to get her feet done and they literary attended every else and ignored that she was patiently waiting.shes is 5. And my best friend who made the appointment wasnt even gonna be taken care of if it wasnt for sister in law bringing it to there attention.Ill be going some where else to get my nails done.Im very disappointed.

1 star simply because I had to pick one. Never again will I return!!!! Sad part is, this review is based solely off experience. My mom and I came in...TOGETHER... they began her soak off and started someone else after me. Not once did someone attempt to even start mine. The guy was so rude and argumentative about what I wanted, that now I decided not to even get mine done. Now he seems upset that I dont want his service, but I was upset by how unprofessional he was. So I guess oh well. It smells like feet and old white rice. NEVERRRRRRRRR AGAIN!

This was my first time here and I will say that I love the way Kim did my nails. My bonus daughter got a mani pedi for her birthday and she was pleased but the lady who did hers didnt let her pick the color she wanted. Moving forward Kim will be who does our nails

There are good workers here, but the fact that I waited 2 hours to get my nails done (might I add that they were busy when I first got here but after about an hour they were no longer) and then sat at the bar after I got my pedi done and people were coming in and going ahead of me to get their nails done and I was still waiting is absolutely absurd.

I was going to give it some time before i made my review but i can not wait any longer. I went in for a manicure and pedicure a week ago and came out steaming mad! The pedicure went great, the manicure not so much. I had tips that needed to taken off as i cannot longer have long nails at my facility i work for. He got mad when i insisted i did not want new tips back on and just wanted gel polish after he cleaned them up for me. He was so agitated that he took a chunk of my nail out with the bit and polished so quickly and without care that my polish peeled off and i can now see my ruined nails. I would suggest elsewhere to go for a manicure if you ladies want the real deal. $50 for jacked up nails bit the pedicure was worth it i should say. Will not be back.

I had an emergency repair . You know ladies; you are on vacation and you break a nail and damage the finish. I have the SMS powder finish. I love it. The lady that repaired my nail was outstanding and friendly. I did not feel like I was an inconvenience to her. This is a professional nail salon. I will definitely come again if on vacation and need my nails done.

My boyfriends daughter and sister went today. And after getting there toes done one of the ladies slapped my boyfriends daughter because she was getting out of the chair wrong. Now his daughter is about to be 12 years old. There is no reason to put hands on her. Also they were rude and hateful. When she got home and told me what happen even with proof . The man (I guess who runs it or owns it) informed me that they wouldnt do that. So thats why Im letting you know. If you want to have a chance of getting slapped then by all means go. But if not I would not go here.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. My daughter and I waited patiently For a good while before theolder gentleman attended my daughter. I waited another 20 minutes before the lady was freed to do my mani. The lady was very rude to say the least. To begin she was on the phone and ignoring me comlletely. Everytime I would say something or ask a question she gave me a go to hell look. To Finish off my visit, i asked her to fix my crooked acrylic nails that she applied because they were slanted. She repeatedly ignored me so after several times of asking and telling her, i finally just asked if I could use the fingernail file so could fix it myself. When i finally got done filing the nails strait, i put my hands back down. Then she flung my hands back at me and told me if I want it like that I can do it myself I will go else before lucky nails.

The women here are awesome. The older male is very rude to black customers. He turns them away at the door, very rudely.

Worst place to get manicure. They literally did nothing except applying nail paint.

I only wish they would make appts for regulars. Otherwise I think best place in area.

Nails were great but i got my eyebrow waxed and the ends looked uneven and badly cut off. Wasn’t even show how they looked with a mirror.

This is the only place that i go to. great atmosphere, great prices, and great people.

I have been to this salon a half dozen times and they are usually timely and polite. Today, though, I received the worst manicure I have ever had. Additionally, the manicurist and another employee got into a heated discussion in their language.... Got very loud and her frustration was very evident in her sighs and expressions. It was very uncomfortable to sit across the table from her with this going on. Very disappointed.
