This post office is the worst. My packages are always late or being delivered to the wrong address. My package wasn’t delivered today due to “no secure location” but i have 2 front porches and a mailbox. This has never been an issue before. USPS said they left a notice, but no notice was left on either of my doors or mailbox. This is getting ridiculous.

So here we go again. My package was not delivered today due to there being delivery location access problem. All my other packages ordered at the same time arrived with no issues. Im irritated that this is the second time this has happened.

I had a flat tire on my truck and I just parked it out by the mailbox I was outside when the mailman pulled up but he got out and asked who truck it was I said mine it has a flat tire he then said that I need to move it. I have a flat remember so he drives off and doesnt retilurn for a couple hours. This will be fixed and he will never drive off again and thats a promise

Stephanie is always a delight when I visit. Not to fond of the mail carriers losing, stealing a few of my packages, and not forwarding my got dang mail! Yeah Im tired of yall still not forwarding my mail. I didnt get a newspaper for 3 years at my previous address. Ohhhh well. Heres a photo of the flat rate boxes if anyone needs them.

I Continuously receive mail from a similar address just down the street and have packages that show dilerved but never show. So I know they are delivering my mail because I have went to the address and picked up package that was missing.

I got my title sent here and they wouldn’t help me retrieve it, awful service. Have no efforts in helping me get my mail.

We recently built a house in Calhoun, at first they delivered our mail but it has recently stopped. We went 3 weeks without receiving any mail when we went to the post office they had a pile in the back that had been accumulating. Several bills and other important documents that we never received. They told me they are only delivering to odd number addresses in the neighborhood and that we will have to come to the post office to pick up our mail. I have made several trips to the post office looking for the postmaster and even left my name and number for him/her to call me back and have not heard anything. This is a joke of an establishment.

Always so sweet and efficient.

Everyone in Calhoun is extremely helpful and go beyond that. I had a 43 tv arrive from Amazon, and the boss came out to get it into my car!

I had a issue that was addressed quickly, professionally, and kindly with Roger, the location supervisor. I was impressed with his willingness to help and give me assurance he was taking the situation seriously. Great customer service, Roger.

Mailman retired a few months ago. Was a great mail person. No problems with delivery. Since his retirement mail delivery on Sat. has been very bad. Had mail put on hold was not delivered all week but delivered on Sat only. Have put mail in box to go out on Sat and it has been pickup but not delivered. One letter was very important that I got a call that they never received it. Worst mail delivery I have ever had for Sat. During the week it is very good.

They were extremely helpful and very courteous. They wasnt a very long wait to get to the counter.They helped me save many dollar in shipping cost caused, by the company sending me unwanted products.

All the ladies at this post office go above and beyond to help you out. Nice job and keep up the good work. I wish all other USPS offices were like yours!

I’m assuming the manager that was on duty or just the manger of the building is who I spoke with. She was very rude in helping us solve our problem. Our delivery had not been delivered to us, when two day shipping was paid, and they claimed no one was home. We were home the whole morning and even outside doing different things and the mail carrier never once came to our house to see if we were who ordered the package. The manager assumed it was our fault and that we hadn’t been at home and maybe the numbers on our house weren’t clear enough to read. She was very rude towards us and didn’t once really try to resolve the problem. Just said it would be delivered tomorrow.

Amazing Customer Service!!! Very easy to work with if any problems arise, or if you just need a reliable post office to use personally. So far, Everyone that we have encountered at this location, have been on top of their job. Which is becoming rare with all of the people who get a job at usps today, simply for an easy job, with good benefits and pay. And as someone whos businesses and Life depends on quality shipping service, having a top notch post office is beyond critically necessary.

We called for a passport and the 1st time they wouldnt answer. The next time, they answered, but held us for 5 minutes. When Daddy comes to check his mail, there is no problem. When you go in passports, they are very friendly.

I was waiting in line with a package to mail when I was cut in line by an older lady who was warmly greeted by the staff instead of being told politely to wait her turn. Then, I was helped by an associate who after some discussion said she couldnt help me, was not even logged in to help me, and told to wait in line again. Biggest waste of time. I wont bother coming here again.
