Very friendly, clean and helpful if you ask. No complaints, they do a great job!

The staff is so nice and helpful. They’re all young people, yet they are professional, courteous, and always pleasant. I love the atmosphere in the gym, and the machines are clean and in working order. Have been a member for around 5 years now.

Planet fitness in Calhoun Georgia is the only Location I’ve been to since Covid. Because they give each member there on spray bottle to sanitize equipment after use. The bottles or than Left in a bucket by the door. Employees when the bucket has so many bottles take them behind the counter and sanitize every bottle. Keep up the good work Calhoun Ga. Planet fitness location.

Great place at a great rate. The facilities are superior, everything well-maintained and clean. I love the plentitude of equipment available. The staff are nice and helpful.

Its such a great place for working out and I love the staff David and Angel keep all the equipment clean and ready to use and there always there to help if need be.

Planet Fitness is always very clean and they are very professional and I love all of them . Blake the manager there is awesome and so is his staff the trainer Stephan is very good at what he does and professional he also play football for Dalton high and knows his stuff and most of the ladies at work there too they know their stuff they played soccer at Dalton College . all in all this stuff and very professional

This is a awesome place. The cleanness of the establishment is very good. The staff is super friendly and the choice of exercise equipment is really good. No regrets having a membership here.

I’m sure I could go in on another day and possibly another time and have a better experience. But my first impression of the 4:30 AM staff has probably detoured that. I went as a guest with the thought of possibly switching my membership. However, when I was first getting signed in, the girl behind the counter did not give a very welcoming spirit. I even tried to joke a little to lighten the mood. Then the friend I was with went to get a drink that she gets out of the cooler on a daily and something went wrong with the transaction. She was unable to get a drink. Not just that she was unable to get the drink with her membership card for whatever reason, but even when she tried to pay cash for it she was turned away and told there was a water fountain. Of course with mono and strep being on the climb, she declined drinking form the water-fountain. We left the gym and went to another gym especially when they had funds to pay for it. I don’t know what the issue was, if it was with equipment or if it was something else. But good customer service would have got something worked out and not sent someone away thirsty in a gym. As far as cleanliness, the gym was tip top. Your gym has a lot of choices and equipment that is top of the line, and if the good customer service was there no doubt I would have considered becoming a member myself.

Great place to work out!

I have been so impressed with Planet Fitness from my very introduction to them. I love the equipment, the value of my membership, their mindset and the way they’ve handled the pandemic. When they returned to business and I came by for my first time back I was impressed with how they had protected social distancing and took measures to make sure things were clean. I’m a fan!

Everything is okay however they need a bike rack if there is no where to put a bike if that’s how you get to the gym. You can’t put it inside but you also can’t put it outside or it might be stolen I just wish they would be a bit more accommodating. If they don’t provide a rack to put your bike it would be nice to be able to say a place to put it especially when your bike is over 200$ Even if it’s a storage closet just anywhere not just say they don’t know what to say

The manager at this location is highly unprofessional, Jessica is her name and the assistant manger is faith, these are two of the most unprofessional and rude people I’ve ever had to deal with!! They have no respect for the customer.

The employees are always courteous.It is clean throughout the gym. I highly recommend Planet Fitness, especially the Calhoun Georgia location for those near by.

So I finally got a chance to go by this new gym to check it out. And its pretty cool.There is a huge assortment of gym equipment. The place has an awesome atmosphere.It wasnt terribly crowed at all. Very clean very modern.Great staff, very friendly and helpful.So I joined, they have a great deal going till the 10th of April. Join for a quarter. Cant beat that.They have tanning beds and massage tables also. Cant wait to use one of those.Easy to notice f at om normal traffic. In old Kmart building. Free parking lot. Open 24/7 and only $10.00 a month for basic plan.

I always enjoy exercising on any of the equipment at Planet Fitness. Each machine has a picture on the side showing how to use the machine. There are plenty of treadmills, stationary bikes, eliptical machines, and many more aerobic type machines available. Tanning beds, body enhancement, massage chairs and beds..I just cant say enough!💯

Everyone there is pretty nice and I enjoy the atmosphere. I enjoy having the black card and everything is explained on how to use the equipment on the equipment. So thats very thoughtful. Sometimes I feel like there is just alot of people there and Im not into crowds so thats why I give would give it four stars but Ill give it 5 just because its a clean place

Im fat.....that being said Im sure its a great place to lose said fat. Problem is Im lazy as well. Thats why I havent been there but every time I go by it Google assumes I have. Go work out and lose some fat....im sure its a great place???

Cancelled my membership. I joined on the 11th of Oct, was told I had until the 18th to cancel. Cancelled my membership on the 16th but they told me since I cancelled after the 10th I would still be charged for the month... I didnt join til after the 10th. Not a happy camper.

I walked in about 12:50 in the afternoon to NO line just the assistant manager, Amy. She greeted me then I asked to tan she said yes. I asked for 2 different beds and she had stated neither were available so I took number 5 what she gave me. I walked around to see all of the tanning beds were available even the 2 I asked for. I see tanning bed #5 and a plastic strip is off and I didn’t want to lay in it. Told her and she didn’t ask to see the bed just that they are all the same none are broke. She refused to give me another lay down saying “ I’m the only person here the other beds aren’t ready” as an assistant manager you’re supposed to handle all concerns with good customer service skills. so I go to a training employee she cleans the bed I asked for and was nice. Bad representation on Amy’s part.

I cant say enough good things about this place but Hydro massager is to die for makes you feel like a million dollars everybody is friendly and its extremely clean great showers

The place is always PACKED!! I do like that they have lots of cardio equipment. What I dont like or the only complaint is that the amenities that come with the black card you can never really use. There is ONE redlight therapy room and like three hydromassage tables. For the amount of people it just isnt enough.

I think it’s dumb that you have to give your routing number and your account number to join u should be able to pay your monthly fee by coming in. That is personal information that is nobody business every employee in their can get their hand on it so no thanks
