Very happy with this garbage service. Never a day late. If there is a problem with anything they are good to fix it. Prices are good too! I would definitely recommend their services!!

These people are a joke!!!! And should not be trusted!!!!!!!!!!We moved into our house over a year ago and the H&R can was there when we moved in. When we called to add there service, they charged us the previous tenants past do bill. Once we finally got this resolved (after several months) we have had no issues until last week (June 24, 2021).We received a letter stating that they were cutting routes and our service would terminate immediately and for us to put the empty container on the road for pick-up. No pick-up date given and this was two weeks after pre-paying our quarterly bill. The letter stated that we would receive a refund but does not tell when.As I stated to begin with - These people are a joke!!!! And should not be trusted!!!!!

Great garbage pick up company. I have never had any problems with this company and the communication is amazing. They keep in touch with schedule changes due to weather and holidays and are very timely in the pick up.

We love H&R! Hard working and very professional. Loves the community!

Yesterday I left a 1 star review and today Im changing it to 5 stars. Not for the employees for I am not pleased with the receptionist Amanda, she was very unprofessional and un helpful on the phone, but for one of the owners, Heather. She contacted me directly and took action to resolve my issue immediately. She was very kind, personable and went above and beyond my customer service expectations to find a solution to the issue. Thank you Heather, for being an awesome business owner.

I asked to have the container wheels repaired due to individuals who collected the garbage damaging them. It was done in a professional & timely manner. I would recommend H&R Sanitation to anyone.

Hands down one of the hardest working women I see during my week. Im off on Tuesdays which just so happens to be trash day in my neighborhood and Im telling yall this family cares about what theyre doing. No matter what delays life throws they always pull trhough. Makes me proud to give my money to a family owned company who shares a drive for excellence!

Normaly a good trash service, but didnt pick up trash this week, and I cant get through on the phone.

Really poor service. Have not picked up trash in a week and not communicated when service will be restored.

The Garbage service is suppose to pick up once a week on a certain day they tell you to put it out the night before they run but have been a day late more than I can count on 2 hands Im disappointed considering another company there not reliable
