Highly recommend. A lady was yelling about the bill . It was not the offices fault ,communications were bad. This office tries their best. They cant fix broken spirited people,but teeth,THEY GOOD!!!

I made an appointment and went in for a quote for a bottom denture. I was very impressed with everyone there and the place is super clean. The assistant that I had was in training and the assistant that popped in and out to check on her was amazing. Very enthusiastic and a good teacher.So why 3 stars...I was given a quote and the quote included a cash price and a financed price. I went to two other places for quotes and did get one that was $2000 less. Meanwhile, Aspen sent me two e-mails that offered me a 25% discount. Since I really was impressed with them, I called to make an appointment and was told that I would only get a 20% discount since I was paying cash. Later, I got a call back and was told just 5% because she had given me 20% off when she did my original quote. At that point I was done. At the very least, I should have been told upfront that the quote was discounted 20%. If that had of been the case, I would have accepted the 5% additional discount and had my dentures at Aspen. After all, they were the ones that I had felt most comfortable with. Unfortunately, I have no tolerance for these kind of business practices and purchased from another dentist.

Wonderful, caring staff. I went in with an abscessed tooth and they were fast, thorough, and made sure I was happy. They never missed a beat. They ensured I was taken care of from the beginning. They also were prompt to make sure we put together a plan to fix the rest of my mouth to make sure this doesn’t happen again! Very pleased with all of the staff and the way they made me feel from the beginning!!!

Ive been going to Aspen in Calhoun since 2018 and I have never had a bad visit. They are always so kind and friendly. The front desk and the office staff are very professional but still down to earth and always kind. I see Dr. Herring and she is the sweetest and is very attentive to my comfort during every visit, the same goes for every dental assistant I have had since going there. They all make sure to be very gentle during each procedure and are so friendly. This is the first dentist I have been to where I have felt that my comfort really matters to them. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. They are amazing, they really so always go above and beyond.

I was so pleased with my first visit to Aspen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In making a plan for treatment they were very knowledgeable and helpful explaining all my options. The office itself is very nice and safety precautions were practiced by all. Overall it was a great experience.

I have no insurance so I had to take some time to get up the money to have procedure done . only had one tooth pulled and that was pretty expensive . I was offered a form to fill out for financial assistance. But all in all I was treated very well, very friendly employees , I was treated very promptly. No long wait. No pain afterwards the only painful thing was the numbing shots but that was to be expected. I was taken care of very well , all my questions were answered very helpfully. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Thank you very much for your help but I wish you could find some other way to help people pay for things like charity funds. If you could find some other ways of helping people pay some of the bill. I sure would be back for the rest of the treatment on my teeth. Thank you again for your service.

Aspen Dental in Calhoun Ga is the best. Dr Herring and her Assistant Summer are the best. Not just them but everyone in the office are amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. But along with that comes her genuine concern for the care of each patient. I cannot say enough good things about her. But I will say about the entire staff is that their mindset is equal to that of their dentist. They are professional but have that extra personal touch that you do not receive at the majority of establishments today. IF I had to choose one word to describe them it would be PERFECTION.

The lady who deep cleaned my teeth was excellent! Although young, she knew what she was doing and does her job very well.. Also, when checking out the lady makes sure to go over everything thoroughly before leaving!Was skeptical at first it being a dental chain, but very pleased!

I had 2 teeth pulled and I was very surprised how gentle they were. Having teeth pulled before was totally different from Aspen dental. I would definitely recommend them. They are a little higher on price but they also helped me get a dental discount plan since I dont have dental insurance. This discount plan with aetna saved me half the price. Thanks for all the help. I will be going back

I had an exceptional experience! I usually have major anxiety going to the dentist. Everyone at this office made me feel so incredibly welcomed and comfortable. I called in with severe pain and was scheduled to be seen not even an hour later. Once I arrived I was immediately brought back and my exam was started. I had been previously seen a different dental office for the pain and was scheduled 3 weeks out for an extraction. I was beyond grateful that I was able to be seen and have the extraction done in the same day and no longer be in pain. I would highly recommend this place for all your dental needs.

The staff was very polite and friendly. Only issue that I encountered was that the dentist didn’t really explain to me what was going to happen. Not enough communication.

I accidentally posted the wrong review; I meant to review the Kennesaw Aspen Dental instead of Calhouns (forgive me Cindy; I hope you read this). For some reason I was invited to review the Calhoun location after I visited the Kennesaw location, and I mistook the locations. This Aspen Dental is not bad and I still give it four stars.

The people at Aspen Dental are caring and compassionate. You are treated like a person not just a payment. I highly recommend you give them a try.

The Staff Members working here are Awesome! They were very sweet and helpful and took very good care of me. The dentist Sharitha Herring was as gentle as she could be pulling my tooth. Some of the staff were nice and concerned about helping me with my dental needs but when I had a insurance and procedure questions-complaint instead of helping I felt as if I was being attacked by the office staff. Very unprofessional.

They were absolutely amazing ,very informative, gentle and they got done in a good timely matter and efficiently ! They work with you on payments and so far I have nothing but,pros for this place . I had a not so pleasant experience with a dentist in Cartersville, so of course I was hesitant to go. Aspen is amazing. They understand that I would prefer to break procedures up instead of all at once. I’m terrified of needles but when they had to numb me, I had no issues. Overall a great experience. My children and husband will be swapping to Aspen.

Good morning, that is a awesome place 2 go when you need a tooth pulled on short notice, but I went yesterday after I called Thursday, did my paper work & was out by noon, it is great, the staff is very very nice, I thank them so much for just taking me in & doing that they are awesome indeed.

Spoke with two different people at this office and they couldn’t bother calling me back to let me know that they didn’t take my insurance even though they said they would. I had to drive all the way here and ask them.

Dental experience was good. But I waited over an hour after my appointment.

I had suffered for days with a tooth that needed extraction! I was in absolute misery! Called Aspen and was scheduled for the following day but Chelsea was so amazing and called when there was a cancellation and got me in same day! Dr Herring was so wonderful! I had absolutely zero pain getting the tooth pulled! The numbing didn’t even hurt! I was in and out in no time! I’m so so thankful!

I have used Aspen Dental for 2+ years now and Ive had a great experience .

This entire chain is a full on scam if you don’t have an issue they will find one or make one! I had an exam here today everything from the X-ray to the screening was painful and terrible and the diagnosis they gave me they gave my extended family! Weeks apart what they did not know however is had already visited a more reputable dentist early this morning and already knew I didn’t have any of the issues I diagnosed with I only came to this location to try save a buck because I heard they were cheaper. Well this place is not cheaper ! Not better in anyway you’re not just a patient here or a person oh no you’re much more you are a mouth full of money waiting to be exploited. I will say the staff is super nice but I use to sale cars and the people buying them thought I was nice too. I’m not sure how a $200 deep cleaning at one dentist turned it $1100 cleaning gum treatment and other recommendations that would round out at a much higher number but they did it here even offered to let me finance the work! I mean why have insurance when you can interest rates ! Save yourself the time money and peace of mind visit a real dental office not any aspen dental location they will be nice but only for your piggy bank. PS you don’t push the gums down in between the teeth so hard they bleed and hurt all day to measure loss for gingivitis you could get better dental care buying a set of vampire fangs from the dollar store and gloss white paint.

Everyone I had contact with at that Calhoun office is very friendly and helpful. The technician who examined me was obviously skilled at what she does and I experienced only the slightest bit of pain in one sensitive spot. And my initial visit was 100% free of charge, which was a huge plus. I am actually looking forward to having the work I need done at Aspen Dental.

Staff were nice. The first visit is free but then it gets pricey. The staff are very nice. People have to have jobs I is all I can say so you cant judge the employees. Price is why I gave 4 stars but hey, we All love 4 star hotels even though 5 stars are better right? 😉

I have never met so many employees in one business that would go out of their way time, and time, and time again. Buoyant and caring attitudes, smiles by the miles, explained everything (even twice if I missed something). I got printouts of everything they could print out for me. The financial assistance they have is outstanding. I had a dentist, nice guy, but he needs to retire. He doesnt do dentures or extractions, and waited until it was useless to tell me about a daily rinse product; might have kept me from having to remove all my upper teeth and replace with a denture, and remove some of the bottom teeth and work out a partial.

I experienced top notch services at the Calhoun Aspen dental location. From check in to check out the team treated me with superior care. I was a little nervous about visiting during the pandemic. I was able to see that the processes were modified to demonstrate a more sterile technique. Thanks for professionally addressing my concerns. I will make this office location my permanent dentist.

I had to find a new dentist due to an insurance change at work. I primarily picked this practice because they were conveniently located and offered late hour appointments. Call me a pessimist, but I really didnt have high expectations otherwise. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The staff was super friendly and the overall care experience was as good as Ive had anywhere. Granted, it was a small sample size in regards to actual dental care (exam, x-rays, cleaning) but, in my experience, Ive found one can get a pretty good handle on the level of care based on those items alone.The hygienist, Alexis, was especially pleasant, professional, and thorough.Based on my experience so far, Id highly recommend this practice.

No one was at the reception desk upon my prompt arrival at 9:00 and no one appeared until about 9:10 and then no one acknowledged that I was there nor ask for my paperwork which I had already completed prior to arriving. About 9:30, I got up to ask if anyone wanted to see my paperwork and that I had to go to work so how much longer would it be? They said someone else was ahead of me. I wondered why since I was the first one to arrive and sign the list. I will say though that once I was finally called to the back, the staff was very nice, quick and efficient which made up for being in the reception area.

This place and staff is very phenomenal 😍😍 even the front desk guy, kord remembered my name, all of them are just amazing but the brain and heart is Dr.herring. she pulled all 9 of my top teeth with no pain, the only time I flinched is with the hook needle ( top of my mouth) but she did tell me it was a big pinch but other than that I cant complain, all my pain went away in 2 days, so thank you all somuchh for such wonderful service, oh and they are cheaper than Dalton Aspen. I will see you all next time, I come all the way from catoosa.... 💖💖💖 Oh and props to Chelsea for letting someone know that she can come back when she is not throwing up, yes someone came in and went straight to the bathroom to vomit and then she came and sit one seat beside me and told Chelsea she had the stomach fluI mean its common courtesy not to go to the dentist when you are sick, you go to your own Dr for that!!!

The staff was wonderfully calming and polite. Everything was explained thoroughly in plain language, and the prices are great. They take my Humana insurance and worked with me to make sure I could afford everything. I was able to schedule my procedure for the next day!

Make sure you READ your consent thoroughly before signing. Our cleanings are always covered at 100% with our insurance, always have been. But because Aspen decided to do an unnecessary oral cancer screening, we now owe them $60 🤔

They all were very nice, but my son and I went today to get our teeth cleaned, we have dental insurance for 2 cleanings a year... they wouldnt do the cleaning unless we gave them $ 2200 for a regular cleaning, not a deep cleaning!!! We wasted our time and day!!! These people are $$$ hungry and will tell u anything to get your money!! Stay away from here, unless you want to hear lies and let them steal ur money!

Not friendly at all I came in 10min late they had a 15 min grace period he said he still couldn’t help me will probably just go to another dentist honestly so disappointed 😔 I’m so thankful that I didn’t need something important done.

People were great but no one even tried to help explain the cost or what was covered my insurance, etc. Just sent me to endodontist. Would have liked an explanation of the $10,000 work that they wanted to perform.

Will never come to this place again. Was told on the phone that a simple extraction would be about 150. So after the X-ray supposedly my BP was too high, and she wanted me to come back. Then after I told the dentist that I wanted it pulled today due to the fact I just got the infection down the price tripled to 475 because she has to shave some some bone down. I dont believe any of it. I believe that want me to come back to charge me twice.The dentist was very rude and thought I was being disrespectful because I was irrate they didnt want to do the work today after leaving work early. Will never go to any Aspen dental clinic or recommend them to anyone.
