The crew here were great. Friendly and helpful. Called the main number to set reservation and location pickup. The phone customer service rep did not inform me of the security deposit when quoting total charges. Local Calhoun office were so helpful though. Maybe the main reservation service agents should reveal the deposit requirements at time of reservation.

Didnt have an econo car so I was upgraded to a much nicer dodge charger at no extra charge and they even drove across town to pick me up at the mechanics shop!!

The staff was so unhelpful. After the ordeal we had been through, they were absolutely no help whatsoever! Their policies DO NOT help anyone who is out of state, and stranded with no credit card. We went with Alamo and they were so much more helpful. I will NEVER recommend Enterprise to anyone!!!!!!

They dont keep up their car repair I got a car there and the transmission was bad

Matt at my local Enterprise makes every effort to provide excellent customer service not only when I pick up and return a vehicle but also during my trips. He answers questions and concerns with grace and knowledge. The car was exceptional too. It made it through rain, ice and snow this trip. Wow!

Easiest rental car experience I ever had. I usually rent from Enterprise when traveling but this time I needed a rental for local transportation. Staff was very efficient and had me out the door in 10 min or less. Initial car had evidence of having been used by a smoker so I returned it the next morning and was provided a replacement. No questions asked. Again, the staff were very friendly and understanding. I highly recommend the Calhoun, GA office.

The car was great and friendly customer service. I was not happiest about there not being a license plate on the car. I did not notice until I was out of state. My fault for not checking before leaving. Nonetheless, it was something I should have not experienced.

David handled several customers at once professionally. Even dealt with a elderly man that was hard of hearing, a damaged vehicle, and others while trying to finish our rental which was exacerbated by the damaged vehicle.

It was a bad situation, as my father in law had died. I reserved my car online, and stopped by the office next day to confirm my reservation.Mike did a great job getting everything set up, was really nice, personable and friendly.My car was great. Frankly, Id like to buy it. There were NO problems with it. I had to drop it off at night, as I had to be at work early on the morning of the return date, but everything processed quickly, surprisingly so, as it was a holiday weekend.I would definitely rent from you again.

Enterprise has an outstanding service. The gentlemen and Ladies in the Calhoun facility are amazing and respectfully customer oriented. Things went wrong with a rental I was suppose to get on the 6th and they were quick to have something available and better within minutes. The Calhoun facility is a 5 Star team that does & is top of the charts better than other competitors. I recommend Enterprise before anybody else. Ill always be an Enterprise customer and have my next reservation made in advance for the end of this month for our special occasion.A Thanks to the Calhoun facility team. Yall are the best. I reserved a car for a couple weeks ago. Everything went great. I had no complaints. Here it is a week or so later and my daughter wrecks my personal car I get approval from the insurance company. They tell me to call Enterprise I should be able to get a car that day. I call and get told no I cant that they have no cars and are trying to get a shipment of cars in. I call this morning and get told the same exact thing and that they should have one by this afternoon. All the while I am without a car and a daughter who needs pain meds from an injury during the accident as well as get to work. Personally I feel that I am being given the run around.Update: The same day that I posted this Caleb called from the office and had a car for me that day. This is not the first time I have dealt with Caleb. He has always been super helpful and right on the money helping me. I thought I was going to need the car an extra day so he set me up for that and then when I found out that I didnt he got the money back to my card with in 24 hrs. Great employee.

We give the highest of ratings for our recent car rental. Staff was outstanding. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Car was what we wanted, clean and well maintained. Great price, no crazy hidden fees. Will return to Calhoun Enterprise for sure.

We were recently inconvenienced when someone hit my husbands truck. The insurance company got us a car through enterprise in Calhoun. December 23rd the car wouldnt start. It took 10 minutes to finally get it started. We tried to call but was unable to reach anyone by the time we drove to the business. We were then told that they didnt have any other cars available for us to take the one we were driving to their mechanic and let them take a look. Isnt that your job? Didnt even try to get us a car from another location. Christmas is in 2 days!! This is not how a family business should treat its customers!! We will be returning the car and going to Hertz. I will not reccomend this company to anyone.

Very good experience, car was ready when reserved and staff was extremely friendly, the SUV I reserved was a Hyundai Santa Fe or similar and I ended up with a Ford Explorer which was definitely an upgrade! Awesome vehicle, price was very fair as well. Will definitely rent from them again.

After having a bad experience five months ago, The upper management and the new updated staff, made sure my next experience experience at the Calhoun was satisfactory!! I really can tell they have correct the past mistake and the personal was fantastic! Thank you for making up for my past experience and regain my confidence to using you all again.

Enterprise was very helpful and quick to get me in another rental same day (fifteen minutes before closing) as my car was sent back to the shop. Totally excellent experience and I will continue to use them for future rentals as needed. The staff at the Calhoun location were understanding and helpful - they went above and beyond. I was extremely impressed, by all the gentlemen working the day I came to pick up my rental vehicle. Everyone was really professional and very clean cut. The office was well organized and very clean.I made my reservation online, the day before my scheduled pick up. That made for a easy in and out when getting my vehicle. I’m a Enterprise Plus card holder, which gives you discounts and more incentives. I recommend signing up for it, if you use rentals often or not.I got to the Enterprise office early, but they were prepared, and had a mini version of my truck ready and waiting for me. Knew my name and that I had a reservation. Usually you have to wait for a while at these types of businesses but not this one. I recommend using them for your next rental car.The office is easy to locate from the main road. The office is wheelchair accessible and there is handicap parking available. As you can see in my photos there is also an after hours drop off incase you can’t make it before closing. Call and check, you may be asked for a $200.00 deposit due at pick up that the online reservation does not tell you.There are questions from people needing info about renting on the Google page. I love this place! They will bend over backwards to facilitate your car pick up. I will use them for all my future rentals, which, as a matter of fact, Im getting ready to do now.

Long story short , had reservations for a week, got there to people with problems at home showing in there job. Office romance you know..had to go back to dalton, tried to give there shabby selection of cars a chance.. never again for that crew... get rid of the problem in the office and make some money Enterprise. .

I made my reservation weeks in advance, called 2 to 3 times to make sure the reservation was okay (Im a nervous person lol) we ended up missing one piece of info that was listed no where on the website and when i called i was told i didnt needed anything but my id and card. and he basically told us he couldnt help us and we were SOL. will NEVER rent from here again.

Cant seem to ever call anyone fax machine is all that answers. My car started acting up yesterday evening. My husband followed me to drop the car off at the mechanic this morning at 7:30am and he drove me to Enterprise. Because Enterprise opens at 8 and my husband had a meeting in Chatsworth at 8, my husband dropped me off at Enterprise and I waited outside for the Enterprise employees arrival at 8am. The employee seemed perturbed upon his arrival, but told me I could come in and sit and he would see if he had any cars available. I advised the employee to take his time, that I was in no rush. The employee advised me that he had no cars available and would have some cars turned in, but he wasnt for sure what time and he went about his business doing anything and everything else besides offering any assistance. At this point I am in tears, just at the stress of the whole situation. And that was certainly it from the Enterprise employee, as well...no apologies, no let me see if any of the other nearby Enterprises have vehicles, and certainly no sympathy. So, I call my husband, he comes back to Calhoun from Chatsworth to pick me up and we ended up at Hertz in Cartersville...a MUCH more positive experience. My husband was late for work, I was later to work than expected, and in the end I was in tears and stressed after leaving Enterprise. I will not be back to Enterprise in Calhoun and perhaps any other Enterprise for that matter.Renters: Ensure you call way ahead if you need a car rental, this is not the place for last-minute car rentals.Enterprise Calhoun: Perhaps you should keep more cars available? Wouldnt the pros out-weigh the cons on that?Gem of a Guy in Enterprise: Im sorry you were busy, but, everyone who works a job is busy. This gives you no excuse to give adequate customer service. When you work in the public, sometimes a nice word goes a long way. (Im a nurse, I live in constant rush and people...it is possible to be nice and give adequate, even exceptional, customer service AND complete your job).

Reserved a car I was told when to pickup my car that they dont reserve cars

Was involved in an accident 600 miles from home. been calling for 2 hrs all i get is fax machine noise. screaming in my ear. does anyone work here......

I reserved a premium suv online several weeks before my planned Disney World trip. On Friday before I was to pick up my vehicle, I receive a phone call wanting to give me a heads up that the larger suvs were in short supply and was asked if I could use a smaller vehicle or change my time to pickup. I said no to the smaller vehicle because of 6 passengers and 6 suitcases but could delay a couple of hours. He said he would handle it. On Monday when I go to pick up the vehicle it was not what I had reserved, just a large suv (Ford Expedition) not a premium (Surburban or Expedition XL) with not enough space for luggage. At this point I didnt know what I could do because Disney would not refund the thousands I had paid, and my daughter and I could not load and unload the luggage on top of the car. I stood in the parking lot making calls to find a luggage rack that I could put on the rear bumper so we could handle the luggage. I found one and went back inside and took the vehicle because at that time I had no other choice. This should not have happened! I have been given a discount and a free upgrade on my next rental, but I will be scared from now on that I would not get what I reserve.

Have been trying to rent a car due to an accident for a week. Still no car. No firm date to get one.

They can be a little slow. A little overpriced my opinion.

Had the rental scheduled to pickup at 12pm. Got there and it was closed. Even tried to call on the way and the phone rang and rang. Left me with NO vehicle for the weekend without even a courtesy call to let me know they were closing early.
