This is mainly a Towing company.But as a side business they sale 2/3 cars at there lot.They do not have much choices or selections for used cars either.The prices are way too high for the used car with heavy mileage.But the staff is nice.

They dropped our car off at the wrong shop with the keys in it! Then said they couldn’t go get it until the next day! They left the key sitting on the front seat they didn’t even hide the key! Ridiculous and I will never use them again!

Had to only tow my car 18 miles no turns just a straight shot. Charged $385 what a rip off. Do not do business with these people

DONT EVER CALL OR USE THESE PEOPLE! I Called My Insurance Company For Roadside Assistance At My Home To Pick Up My Vehicle For Service. The Guy Comes Out Picks Up My Vehicle And Then Proceeds To Drive Over My Lawn With My Vehicle On His Wrecker! WTH! I Had To Call The Insurance Company To File A Complaint. Then I Call The Guy To Find Why Is It Necessary To Drive Over My Lawn With His Wrecker With My Broke Down Vehicle Leaving Tire Ruts On My Lawn! So The Tries To Blame Me For The Tire Ruts He Leaves On My Lawn With His Wrecker With My Broke Down Vehicle On It. Again WTH! DONT EVER CALL THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING OR ANY KIND SERVICE!!

We just had Chris, and he was so great! He talked and listened. My three year old son was out there asking questions. He was so kind and nice. They were quick to get there and made sure they had all three information right. He was easy work the car too. Highly recommend!

I locked myself out of my car today. So I called my insurance company and they called this company to come assist. The insurance company sent me a text with the details and an estimated time...about 30 minutes. I was at the grocery store, so I went in, got my things and I had a little time until the projected eta so I waited inside for a few minutes. I got a phone call from a snippy lady stating that she didn’t see my color car at the location we were both at. I walked out of the door and told her (still on the phone) which car was mine. I will say that I was expecting a typical tow truck driver...there she was in her Honda, 10 min. early. She was a little aggravated acting so, I tried to help her see what she was doing with my flashlight, tried to make small talk but she wasn’t having it. Had I not been so appreciative that the timing was amazing and it literally took her 30 seconds...I probably would’ve been offended. Anyway, wish I would’ve gotten someone from the rest of the reviews!! Plus side, it took 30 minutes from the point I locked my keys in the car, to get them out! They’re definitely fast, guess that’s a good trade off!? 🤝

Tire blowout with no spare in calhoun, 45 minutes from home at 1am!!!Roadside assistance called multiple tow companys all said no (Im assuming because of the time and driving distance home). For some reason they called Washingtons last, after we had been waiting for 3 hours!!!He was there within 20 minutes. Very fast, efficient, and friendly. Offered to stop by store or whatever I needed on way home. Excellent service, wish roadside would have called him first, but now I know.I highly recommend this company! Very professional!
