Been waiting for my social security card to finish my application for section 8. Its been 2 weeks and it still hasnt arrive only compilicationing my homelessness further.

Postal employee Gina stayed open after 12 noon this past Saturday, to continue distributing parcels at the package pick-up window. Excellent customer service just days before Christmas. Deserves 5 stars! Much appreciated.

Long wait and did get problems solved with a missing package

It is not so bad, just when I have to do a long line for the services.

Some of my items just arrived they were delayed at this facility and turns out the bag was purposely ripped torn opened and im missing 2 items from my shipment, so they stole my 2 items and i cant call them until Monday because they have no customer support on late Saturday or Sunday terrible!

They have the worst PO Box service I ever seen... several members of the staff are rude and incompetent. Very often packages get lost and they never find them. It is unbelievable. They shame the image of such a great institution of America.

Best service

Second time they lose one of my correspondences. First time they said they were going to talk to the mailman that delievered that day and the next day it got to my house. This second time, they said they were going to call me, a week passed already and no call! And they never answer the phone!

According to USPS website, my package was at Calexico Post Office for me to pick-up. I went the same day to pick-up the package. The woman at the front counter could not find my package. Then she had another person look for my package but could not find it. I paid for tracking on the package just to have the final destination (Calexico Post Office) lose my package. With Internet bill paying, UPS and FedEx; USPS is truly obsolete. Poor service + high prices = go out of business!

THIS IS THE WORSE POST OFFICE OF ALL TIME. Seriously, they never answer their phone, they always lose your packages and they have very rude workers.

Sad they have a phone to attend but they just dont answer.No matter is you call 2 or 3 or 4 times they still dont answer.

We have had too many problems with parcel that returned or placed and was never claimed but has never been available for the pick up. On one occasion they opened a package and they stole the inside and covered it with tape to say that this was the case. Nothing could be resolved with them. APPALLING

The worst delivery service, I never received my package and they claim to have delivered it. I will never use this service again.
