In 2012 I received a Neil Lane engagement ring. At the time of purchase 1 wedding band was also purchased. We decided days later to add a 2nd band and ordered it, received it and put the bands up until our recent 4/20/17 wedding. At this time we realized the 2nd band was slightly different, my amazing Neil Lane set didnt match. Almost 5 years later we realized this. I call Kay customer support with little to no hope and spoke with a gentleman named Ryan. Ryan was great. He coordinated the ordering and exchange of the incorrect ring for pickup of the correct band at my local store. During the time it took to coordinate the exchange *POOF* the 2nd band was gone, id somehow lost it. It was surreal and heartbreaking, furthermore I had to explain to Ryan that the band im supposed to exchange is gone. I searched high and low, in multiple public trash cans and other not so friendly places. Finally I conceded that the ring was MIA. I tell Ryan who again goes above and beyond and finds me the best deal to now replace my wedding band. On black friday I trek to my local kay and muster over the money to replace my lost band. I even got a beautiful free gift with purchase. The store manager kindly agrees that if the missing band was found within 90days he would credit me the cost to replace it. So the search mission and party restarted. It was worth $600+. Low and behold the monday after I replaced the ring i was walking down my driveway and BAM!! I found the missing band. I was on my way to return it and Ryan called enroute just to see if I got the replacement band and I was able to tell him YES and I found the missing band. Ryan was compassionate and proficient he was very professional and Kay Jewelers is fortunate to have such a great employee. Kay Jewelers customer service policies are AMAZING Thanks!!!! I would definitely recommend Kay Jewelers!!!

Great salesman, but their customer service is not the best, they never called me when my order arrived,when I called them the person who answer told me that they did resize the ring but they forgot to ad a stone, so they had to send it back.
