Worse service I have ever received. The Lady running the place in Calexico is rude and very unprofessional. She doesnt do her job to explain anything, doesnt give you any receipt/documents, and on the phone having unprofessional calls with people that you can tell its not job related. I am surprised how horrible her service is and the fact she is suppose to be representing Avis. Definitely take my business somewhere else.

The company Avis is great they got you back and help awesome cars, but some locations dont help and dont wait, Always pay attention on closing time if you pay online...

This Grandma who Works there is the Worst Witch Ive ever met. She told me I would have not Enough Gas in my Tank, I kept it full until some came out again and run down. All People who wanne Rent a Car to go to Calexico I would Rent a Car at National Rent a Car and bring it Back at the Station in El Centro, much Better, the Employees are much more Friendly and Helpful they gave me a lift to the Mexican Border and and and.

I was 15 min late. But it took them ANOTHER 15 to give me my receipt ON PURPOSE! They charged me an hour late fee bc I was more than 25 min late. 😒😒😒Yet online it says you get a 39 min grace period. When I said fine. Let me take the car out for the rest of the hour, they said you wont have time. Even though I had plenty. And they didnt let me take it, unless I paid for the whole day.... they are as crooked as they come. Beware of this shady woman.

As a frequent Preferred renter, this is the worst location of any Avis I’ve rented from. Numerous issues with this location such as overcharges, ridiculously long waits, and filthy vehicles being rented out. I had a reservation at 9 am and waited in the office for 45 minutes before they were able to get a vehicle to me. I am taking my business to Enterprise from now on.

I rent from this location about once a month as its the only car rental center in Calexico. 4 out of 5 times, the place has no attendant even during regular business hours. Their system is ANCIENT and takes forever to load a reservation. If Avis administration is reading this: You need to make things better.

Terrible service. Owner left and did not return for over an hour, while intire time the store was saying open. We eventually left and went to a different Avis location to pick up a car.

Rent a minivan had trash in cargo area. Customer service could be more welcoming.

Was told gas tank was not full. It was related to me that the needle was only on the F and not past it. I asked what the penalty was and was told 9.99 a gallon. I said ok I will pay it. I was then told well it is going to be 20$ a gallon then. Frustrated I went back and tried to fill it and had gas spill out from the over full tank. I brought it back and was told again it still wasnt full...

Bad service, representative was in a bad mood. Car was dirty with trash from previous renter. Car had minus 1/8 of gas, when I returned it, I knew why, the car wont fill up and the lady knew! She said that she had to always charge gas on that car because its always returned with -1/8 of gas.
