I was there last Tuesday to get blood drawn, while the lady employee was doing her job or while the needle was in my arm she was answering questions to her co worker causing bruises in my arm, I’ve been here at least 3 other occasions with excellent results; so my advise to the patients is to tell the employee to please pay attention while the needle is in the vein, it’s only few seconds, I don’t understand why she wouldn’t wait to answer the co worker questions and don’t pay attention to the needle in my arm; but if you do that to them they will be hilarious
