The lady is really good, but she is never at her salon. If you ask her day and times that she will open for the week she does not respect the scheduled she tells you. You will go at the time she says and she will not be there!! waste of time ! For me that is no respect for your client. Sorry, but service, punctuality, respect, and honesty is very important.
