Had Stanley steamer scheduled between 1 and 5 pm. Didnt show within the time frame. I called Great Lakes at 5 told them needed it done by the next day. They showed up by 615 that same day! Brian did fantastic job. I would recommend.

Great Lakes did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet. Brian was very professional. He came right on time and explained the process taking the time to answer my questions. I got a quote over the phone from the owner who was very pleasant- so easy! I will use Great Lakes again and recommend them to family and friends.

John did an amazing job on my carpets before I moved into my new home. He is very responsive, answered all of my questions, and gave me good advice on how to keep my carpets clean in the future. John did an EXCELLENT job steam cleaning our carpets in our condo. Our carpets had a lot of pet hair and year old embedded stains and residues.
