Southport provided service when a water heater at an apartment house failed. A call that morning to the company was met with a pleasant reception and scheduling of a repair person for later that morning. Sara called me 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the repair person as I had a 30 minute drive to the property. Toni arrived promptly, was professional, polite and knowledgeable. After examining the unit it was determined a new one was needed. As the water heater had to be ordered Toni arranged to install it early the next day. Again, I received a pre-call from Sara to inform me Toni was on his way. He arrived promptly, removed the old unit and installed the new one. Nate gave us the initial estimate and was able to come out and provide the quote the same day I called. Tyler and Rob came to do the install and were great. I was impressed by how detailed these guys were. The took pride in their work. All of these guys worked well together to insure a happy client. They arrived at 8:00 am they were there right away and had the Air conditioner working by 3:30 ish pm. They came back the next day early and after 3 hours had the heater working. They made it possible for a good nights sleep after having 90 degree temps. Everything was straight and tucked away nicely so it didn’t hinder the view. We appreciate their perfessionalism and attention to detail. Those guys even helped put the app for the thermostat on my phone and walked me through how to program it and use it on my phone. I am a long-time Southport customer. They have been consistently good -- providing great value for the money. They also obviously recruit and train their technicians well because its always a consistent experience when they do a maintenance and/or repair call. Plus, they often go above and beyond to educate me about different systems in the house, why things might be happening, how to do preventative work, etc. Overall, a great company. Highly recommend.

Justin arrived on time. He answered a few general questions for me, verified where the leak was, explained what he was going to do and gave me the estimate for the job. I thought Southport did a fine job installing our heating system. It came with a humidifier that gave them trouble during the install, but it was dealt with. Im not sure how the work around wiring solution for the humidifier will hold up long term, but Im mostly satisfied with the install and service provided. Their employees were all very nice and took their time to explain their work and the features of our new heating system.

The crew that came out handled everything in an extremely professional manner. The workmanship was on point. You could tell the guys cared about what they were doing. Their communication was also very good. They took the time to walk through all the steps they were going to make sure everything would look and function as we expected it to be. They did a complete removal of all galvanized pipe in my home, replaced with pex tubing. Three new hose bibs install new water heater. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, would never known they were there, minus all the work they did. Will use again for my HVAC needs in the future.

Jackson from Southport installed two new dampers with controls and motors and a new multi-zone panel. The work was well done and completed at the estimated price. He sorted a few extra items from the original installation (done by the builders HVAC contractor). We have been using Southport for a while (both at the house and a previous home). I had a whole house humidifier installed. Ive been using a portable unit for the last handful of years. Love the affect of keeping air from getting dry, but hated filling every day and having to remember. Im pretty capable with do-it-yourself projects, but passed on this one, and Im glad I did. Techs were on time. Super nice. Kindly declined all my attempts to help...lol The unit took a couple hours to install, looks great, and I cant hear a thing. Everything was cleaned up after. I felt like I treated myself to quality install and reassurance that it was done right. It had a cost, but was worth it in my opinion.

Water heater broke a day before Thanksgiving. Frantic calls and a day later Alex and Andrew helped me install a new water heater i bought.
