Fix a problem that Ive had for almost 2 years the staff are extremely friendly courteous and professional they explained everything too me every step of the way the. I would give 5 stars if it werent for the timing issue, however they are good so im still willing to give them my business.

Very knowledgeable parts department. I didnt feel rushed or hurried at all when talking to them on the phone. I had two experiences with multiple employees on different days and both helped me immensely with my leaking emergency air line going to my trailer. They were out of the exact part so they went ahead and fabricated it for me to spec. Above and beyond the call!! Thank you 😌

If you want your truck fixed DO NOT take it to Kenworth sales. They were supposed to service the truck and weld the frame on a trailer, they didn’t put the radiator cap back on and they cut an air line for the air bag on the trailer and claimed that everything was good to go. When I did a walk around I found the problems and they fixed the air line and put a new radiator cap on. I took the truck back the next week to have them put a part that they had to order on and when I went to pick it up I found that they had broke a piece of the fiberglass hood so I asked about it but they are not interested in fixing it. If you do take your truck there you better do an extensive walk around and check everything they touch cause they can tear up a metal ball with a rubber hammer.

12/28/2019 at 9pm Steve went above and beyond helping me with a serpentine belt for an RV for crying out loud! He not only called me back but did extensive research to insure that he found the part and part number and even told me where to find it at Napa in Caldwell! If anyone reads this post including managers please give him a big pat on the back!

I deal with Carl and the service department on regular basis I believe overall the shop does a good job and is efficient like any place in todays economy theres a revolving door at the bottom with new guys that might drop the ball once in awhile but overall I like their work the professional attitude and I will continue doing business there

They have lots of truck parts and their prices are not terrible. Its a pretty great option for Caldwell. The parts people seem to know what theyre doing.

Took my 17 T680 here for warranty work for electrical problems they ended up charging me and they burn out 3 phone chargers also the truck was ready for hours they never bother to give me a call to let me know the truck is ready and Im still having turn signals issues
