My experience with Mariah at her salon was amazing! right from the get-go she was very professional and polite when inviting me into her chair. she walked me to the back where we started with a shampoo and condition of the hair which was very relaxing! once i dried I gave her a general idea of how I usually like my haircut and she nailed it spot on! her service is amazing and the entire time she gave me some very engaging conversation and feedback about what she was doing and gave some great ideas and recommendations how I could style my hair. 10 out of 10 it was a great salon experience and a fantastic haircut!.

This place is Gorgeous luxury feel without the extreme cost. The girls do an amazing job and they are super friendly. Easy to connect with people and they even bring you refreshments. I literally felt like I was a a spa retreat. Perfect place to relax and feel good. Will be coming again for sure.

Canceled one of my services a day before my daughters 14th birthday spa day. I planned this a month ago. Came in for nail service 2 weeks prior and they wait til the last minute to tell me they could serve me this special day. Didnt even offer an extra service to accommodate. I will NEVER go back. Id advise you to stay away. The owner did nothing but put me down and blame me for their unprofessional manner.

I scheduled an appointment, which the employee failed to keep. I know absolutely it was not my mistake because I have the text that verified the time. One stylist was kind and squeezed me in between her appointments. However, it felt the whole time like she was trying to convince me the style I had shown her in a picture was not what I wanted even though it is a style I have tried before and loved. The result was a choppy haircut that is all wrong. I am resigned to having to continue to travel to Boise to get my hair done by a person I can trust.Edit: To clarify, Ana did not keep my appointment and I was not impressed with Wendys haircut. I was not aware they were not employees and their actions may not represent Melissas talent and business, but as the phone number listed on this page is the one I called to set up an appointment, I feel it is appropriate to leave my review where it is.

I go often and Wendy does the best hair cuts and beard trimming, and she always knows what I want without me saying. And at a good price.
