I have been a member of this school since 2011 and have loved every minute of it. Master Russ is a fantastic, patient teacher, everyone is friendly and willing to help, and I have made some wonderful friends along the way. If you are looking to learn a martial art for self-defense, fitness, discipline, or just to try something new, I highly recommend this school!

Great place to study Kung Fu! I have been attending for about three years. Russ is very knowledgeable and personable. Fantastic for all ages. My son has also attended the kids classes and had a great time.

In addition to the martial aspects, we have also met life-long friends and the social aspect of being a part of the Shaolin family is priceless.

After 2 years of training with this program, I earned my black belt, gained strength and coordination, and built comradery with other students. The history of Shaolin Kungfu is extremely interesting, and this school is very traditional in its practices.
