Love the counselors. Really helps when you need someone to talk to. Everyone at the caldwell location is very nice and we’re easy to schedule with. :))

I have really enjoyed the support and kindness from all of the staff at Mana. I have had some bad experiences with doctors and counselors in the past and Mana has been super helpful and understanding with this. Ciera is my second counselor at Mana as my first moved on to a different place. With that the team at Mana made sure that Ciera and I would be a good fit. I cant say enough good things about them.

They will lie to you & tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign up. Once signed up you are out of the loop & they dont follow through with anything. The owner refused to communicate with me when I was having issues with my son. They only want money. Worst place ever!!

Have had issues since the beginning!! Over charging my card, horrible insurance communication, reschedules by the staff, that they blamed on us, poor communication with us. Would NEVER recommend this resource (joke). All they were concerned about was money and not my childs best interest. Highly disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism!!

Sometimes people just need someone to talk to that will listen. These guys rock at picking counselors for the person that needs counseling.

Horrible med management affiliations, not organized, never in office. Only thing beneficial from Nampa location is counseling.
