I am very impressed with how amazing the cleaning and power washing turned out. Everything was professional, everyone was courteous and the home feels just like when we built it 3 years ago. Everything is clean, smells amazing and so calming. I will use them again and again. They were a Godsend, thank you David and your incredible teams!

Horribly unprofessional, disrespectful, a bunch of 12 year olds cleaned my house. Management said they were sending 2 seasoned employees out to do the job right. But, the same person came out and argued with me, was catty, disrespectful and rude . She would not listen to anything I had to say and was condescending so I asked her to leave. No work was done to correct the problem. Two hours later I received a bill for 2 hours work for 3 people. I called immediately after I asked the woman to leave and management did not return my call.

Awesome company - from the first phone call (friendly, helpful, and very timely response to my internet request!) - they showed up on time, were extremely friendly and professional - and checked in throughout the day while they were working. And my house looks beautiful now - the windows sparkle and the pressure washing of my home/patio/outdoor furniture made my home look new again!Would absolutely recommend them!

I wish y’all had smellivision right now!!!! I had my carpets cleaned today and let me tell ya, 2 puppies later I could not take puppy potty smell anymore and no matter how hard I have tried shampooing it myself, I could not get rid of the lingering odor. These guys did it!!!! My house smells so fresh!! Thank goodness potty training is over! My techs, Eric and Adam, were amazing to work with! I received multiple reminders and photo of John who was in charge of the window cleaning so I knew who to expect. They were pleasant and brought treats for my very untrusting dog so he settled down quickly. They were quick and efficient. I could not be more pleased. I would use them again for any cleaning service they have listed.

They Apologized for the stains that would not come out, which they tried Very Hard to get them out. Leila was the only girl I could remember but her and her team came in and deep cleaned my house so I could show it and this house looks brand new! Leila was just a sweet heart and really put detail in her cleaning!

I am so impressed with the quality of Idaho Cleaning Services. My house is SPOTLESS and they made the experience so easy for us. We have a toddler and they worked around his nap schedule to make sure his routine was not impacted one bit. One of the guys made sure to clean my sons room first so that by the time nap time came around, it would be ready. They were such kind and considerate people.My favorite part about this company is that they really tailored their services to fit the needs of our family. We were left so impressed with deep cleaning service today that moving forward we are going to do biweekly cleaning services with them. HIGHLY recommend.

Didnt do a bad job, but was not great either. I felt like i had to re clean a few areas which isnt what i wanted to do thanksgiving week. But I hired last minute and they were able to accommodate. Have had a lot better cleans though.

We had Idaho Cleaning Services come out and do our carpets in our house. First off they gave us a 15 minute window of when they would be arriving to do the work. This allowed us to schedule accordingly and made it very easy to plan out. John came out promptly on time and did not miss a beat. His service was friend and he did a great job making sure our furniture would be taken care of in the process. I would also like to note as an added bonus he put up a barrier in the front door which he could walk in and out of without letting all the warm air out. This was a nice benefit this time of the year since it is so cold. He finished up everything in about an hour and our house looks great. We have two puppies that have been wrecking havoc on our floors so we are happy to have a clean home once more. Highly recommend ICS to anyone.

The ICS team barreled through my house and entirely rejuvenated my carpets. We have grown-ups, a pre-teen, and three adult dogs in this place and our carpets were taking the brunt of it. Ahead of time, the team explained the process to me and gave me a cleaning timeline in addition to pre-cleaning instructions. On their scheduled day, they showed up on time, reviewed their game plan one more time, and set to cleaning. They were in uniform, professional, and super easy to work with. They left aftercare cards and left zero mess. It was incredible. I feel comfortable recommending them to everyone. They even offered residential cleaning and pressure washing the outside for future bookings.

I have several friends who have sued this service and raved about the employees and service every time!
