My windshield wipers stopped working of course right when it was about to snow and they made time for me same day! I worked with Justin and Ace and both were very friendly and accommodating! Very grateful and will be back again for all my car needs!

Very honest opinions and hard work.

Demand parts numbers, pictures and copies of receipts. Especially, the receipt that they bought whatever part from where ever they buy. They are the only shop that refuses to give that info. Not transparent, they are a threatening environment, authoritarians, who dont want you questioning where they got the stuff they are putting into your vehicle.

Great experience. I have so many great things to say about Caldwell Automotive. Firstly, they were highly patient with me in communications while I was at work. Secondly, they were impeccably thorough with my diagnostic process. Thirdly, the fees were Reasonable Fair and Affordable. Fourthly, they demonstrated a knowledge, skills, and an expertise that I saw while the mechanics generously walked with me to show me the issues under the hood. Lastly, they provided me a level of customer service that was warm, friendly, and highly professional that made me want to keep coming back again and again. We had our vehicle towed to their shop after it died on the freeway in rush hour traffic just days before Christmas. It turned out to be major engine failure and we ended up having to have it towed to the Hyundai dealer to see if they would extend the warranty. When I asked what we owed them, Justin said there was no charge for diagnosing the issue! They even allowed us to leave it there for 10 days while we figured out what to do with it! I was blown away! We have used them before and well definitely be back!

Best mechanic shop ever. As a person who knows nothing about cars they have been amazing and explain everything to me so I can explain it to my mom who actually knows about cars. Jen is the nicest person on the planet! I will not take my car anywhere else, if youre looking for a new mechanic this is the best shop to spend your money in. They have helped me figure out which things can be put off until I have the money and what needs done immediately. Honestly can not say enough good things about this shop!

Caldwell Automotive is the best place to go for all of your auto maintenance and repair needs. It doesnt matter what you drive, gas or diesel, theyll get you up and running the best they can. Robert, one of the mechanics there, and I have been friends for a good long time and hes overseen just about every repair on my truck since he worked at Meineke. So for all your repair and maintenance needs, call and talk to Jennifer, get your ride in and let Robert work his magic! (Typically a 1-3 day wait depending on the schedule and time of week)

The couple that run this establishment are truly awesome. Friendly knowledgeable and do what they say they will do for the quoted price. Our family will only use them for our automotive needs. Keep the customer informed and dont treat woman differently as do some mechanics.

Our hood latch came loose and we didnt have any tools so we stopped in to see if they could help us. One of their techs came out tightened the bolts and we were good to go. They were extremely friendly and seem like really good honest people. Thank you guys sooo much!

These guys are great! Caldwell automotive fixed my car after I almost blew my engine trying to be cheap n do work at home. They were honest and upfront on what to expect price wise. They also did the work in very short amount of time! And Jen was just absolutely amazing n held my hand throuout the whole process making it so much less stressful! Would recommend to anyone!

I had such a wonderful experience here! My fiancé and I were having major issues with our car and unsure of why it was happening. My parents recommended Caldwell Automotive since they’ve had great experiences with them. I decided to give them a shot and made a call. Jennifer was SUPER friendly from the get-go. She got us in at the soonest time she had available. When we took our car in, they replaced our battery & we made an appointment to go back in a week later to get our oil leak fixed. At the time, we were still having issues, so they fixed the leak (and gave us an oil change) and told us it was probably our Progressive snapshot that was causing us issues. They unplugged it for us & told us to try it out. Sure enough, that’s what it was. We haven’t had issues with our car since. I cannot express how grateful I am that they caught this issue! I never would’ve guess that was the cause. Everyone who works there is super friendly and nice. Jennifer will go above & beyond to make sure her customers leave happy. She even said I could call her or text her day & night if I ever have issues with my car! I highly recommend Caldwell Automotive. It’s the only place I’ll go to from now on for my car maintenance.

Jennifer is amazing and keeps you informed as to the status of your whole vehicile because they do a detailed. Dignostic which tells you what you need to fix now and what to fix later. It also serves to make sure your family is safe to travel. Their work was superb, price was fair, and they got us on the road again the same day! We are very grateful.
