Adrian, Installed a new furnace after the fan in my 14 year old one went kablooey! While waiting for the new furnace, he replaced the fan in the old furnace (AC), so that we could keep cool in the meantime! Reliable and though he may not have the cheapest quote, he does great work and uses good quality equipment. Would highly recommend!

Adrian got my furnace working, If I need more service, I will definitely call him again, I highly recommend him!

We originally called the company that installed our water / air heat pump, but their price was astronomical to fix a leak. Then my husband called Big Sky. Awesome. I called them about an issue with my air conditioner and Adrian was out the next day and fixed it quickly. He hadnt installed it, but he checked because he thought it would be under warranty and it was, saving me money. He also made a few recommendations for regular maintenance and a future repair I may want to make at some point--absolutely no pushiness or salesmanship. He kept me informed when he was on his way, and was okay with communicating by text which worked great for me. He also gave me a recommendation for someone to clean my furnace ducts. Very professional, prompt, and polite. I will definitely recommend him to others.

I have an AC unit at the rental and Big Sky had a great deal on Angies List, so I bought it. Adrian and Jennifer called right away, keeping me in the loop with every step and when they would be able to service me. It was 100+ degrees for a week straight so I opted to be on the back burner. After a week, when he could get to the rental, Adrian serviced the unit and found a potential problem. He even came back a 2nd time, taking care to call once again. He took care of the issue promptly all while explaining his job very well. Very informative, helpful, knowledgeable about his job and also taking care of the customer. Cant say enough good things. If I do need more service, or another unit, I am calling Big Sky first. Thank you!

Highly recommend Mr. Rodriguez. He came to my office in timely manner, fixed the problem and followed up the following day to make a minor adjustment. Very professional, courteous - cant say enough.

The owner came out to fix my ac within 12 hours and he was prompt courteous and fix the system within half and hour. You cant ask for more and the price was reasonable. ThanksI had Adrian out again 6-2019 and he diagnosed the problem I was having very quickly. I was sent a bill for parts and labor before he did any work and I saw a $92 charge for picking up the part I needed. I questioned the charge and told Jennifer I would pick up the part in Boise. Jennifer seemed to think no one but Adrian could pickup the part. Jennifer does not know how to listen to your concerns and she interjects untrue things into the conversation. I was willing to forget this misunderstanding and pay the outrageous fee. Jennifer later admitted that I could have picked up the item. She continued with some idea that was never implied (except concerning picking up the part) and I decided you are definitely not doing my service.

Adrian was so diligent on a very difficult and dirty job. He installed propane lines under my home so it had to be done right and it was. He spend three days on it and didnt quite until it was completed. Then he helped me install my new range. It required adjustment and he drove all the way back to my place and adjusted it properly even though that wasnt probably his responsiblity - and he didnt charge me for it. Ive had Adrian do other work too and hes very proficient at his trade. I would highly recommend him.
