He also told me that there were 2 springs on our door when we only needed 1 so he corrected it and didnt try to sell me a new door and motor like the others did. Thanks again for the great service!!

We scheduled a time the next day to have him take a look. After he took a look at the spring he suggested I also replace my garage door which was damaged from the previous owners. I had planned to ask him if he replaces garage doors anyway since I wanted to get it all taken care of at one time. He was very honest, knowledgeable and his prices are fair. He came back a couple days later to replace the garage door and springs and did an excellent job. I actually reached out to a couple other places but they took a while to get back to me and some even wanted to charge for an estimate. Eric replaced the spring and cables on my garage door. Eric answered my call immediately, gave me an estimate, and had me scheduled right away. It was a really busy day for them, but they were willing to come over in the evening to take care of the repairs. When they arrived they were courteous, professional, fast and friendly. They charged what I thought was a fair price, and I didnt have to risk breaking my jaw by trying to change the spring myself. I had a sensor issue, and he changed them out 15-20mins. He then lubricated all the parts that needed it. We talked the whole time. The cable on my garage door fell off on one side and needed to be put back on. David from Garage Door Support Inc came out within 2 hrs (7:30 pm). He replaced the fraying cable and balanced the door and various adjustments. It all took 20 mins. I was concerned with cost, and didnt have other bids to compare. Since he was here, and ready to go, I went with replacing a new cable on one side. Costing more....but David did a good job and my door ran smoothly. I was able to put my car in the garage for the night.

Needed to replace the remote for an older receiver and had the hardest problem finding one. Bought a couple wrong remotes and even the universal receiver without luck. Even went to Sears which was the brand of the opener and they didnt know. So got sick and tired of looking and wasting gas. Found these guys and they came out and found out I had the right remote and they reprogram it.
