Worst company ever!! If I could give 0 stars I would! They say they are a family owned and operated full service processing company. Management is a joke. Ryan Kincad title director of operations however he can’t even pick up the phone when us ISO need management assistance, his email response is delayed at least 48 hours, he has his employees lie and prescreen call because he never is available. Ryan is a horrible asset for this business. When calling in I have received help from other employees who are the only reason why I would consider still sending my business to them.

I am more than happy to share my experience with Maverick. From my perspective I was very fortunate to have Maverick.They guided me thoroughly through the process of obtaining an account. It took us awhile but my situation had some challenges that required time to review and to work through.They were very patient with me and without making outright promises were was very encouraging. I may very well have given up before we made it to approval if it had not been for their sincere interest in helping me and their professional approach at motivating me and moving the process forward. I owe a Big Thank You to Maverick!!! They now how to get it done!

And since the underwriting is done in house they have very fast approvals which is a great plus indeed!Thank you!

Their fees are transparent, which isn’t common in the industry. They were honest and didn’t over promise. I have used multiple payment processors, including my bank, and Maverick is probably one of the top ones.

I own a business that unfortunately only allows me to be in business with high risk credit card processors. I went into business with Maverick because I was desperate and did not have any other options. The contract I entered into ended with me out about $10,000 and losing customers.
