I’ve used Luxe RV for burning man 2018 and 2019 and they were honestly so gracious in giving me a discount for my length of rental that I recommended two of my friends to book from them as well. We all had a fantastic trip together in 2018. There’s a great picture of our 3 Luxe RVs side by side which I can’t find. In 2019 we ended up going alone. Both unforgettable experiences.

We rented the Mercedes View RV and took it to the Grand Canyon and Zion National Park. It was a tough trip but that was just because of the heat. Luxe was very responsive in the customer support when we could not figure out the problems with the AC which was just a simple breaker issue. Would not advise camping when it is 110 degrees outside. But in terms of the vehicle and the service, both performed reasonably well and we would recommend Luxe to others as a good alternative to some of the cheaper RVs out there.

Rented the Leisure Serenity just to use as a mobile office space for my real estate business and clients to use. They loved it—fridge kept the drinks cool, couch was comfortably and lovely. The front chairs spun around 180 degrees to allow us to seat even up to 8 people in the RV. AC was perfect for the hot days, worked great.

Very unique sprinters that you cant really find on the market right now... impossible to buy one of these so we decided to try to rent the Leisure Travel Van Serenity from them. I believe it was a 2017 but still in good condition and operated well, it gave us an idea of what to expect if we truly wanted to purchase one next year. Big thanks and hopefully we will try out the Unity model with them next time as that is another style that we were wanting to purchase.

Moved to Michigan and used Luxe RV. We encountered a flat tire on the long trip but fortunately we had Luxe RVs Mercedes roadside support plan which is 24/7. They dispatched someone to us and within a couple hrs we were back on the road. This is incredible given that we went down in the middle of Iowa where there is nothing. Had a great trip besides that and they were very helpful.

Was a bit pricey but worth it to have the 2020 Ultra. Both our guests and my significant other was impressed by the aesthetics inside and out. The new Mercedes dash and stereo system was sweet as well!

I had done some Instagram work for Luxe and they granted me a nice discount code for my friends and I. We used two RVs and took them up the pacific coast highway and the beaches. One family brought their kids and had a wonderful time. These things drove fantastic on the windy roads and handled perfectly. Awning was beautiful.

LOVED THE MERCEDES ULTRA! My wife and I sold our home in San Diego and bought one Tennessee. This required us to move all of our things but we did not want to get a U-haul. Instead, we rented this RV and just towed a small trailer behind it for the larger items. The thing ran super smooth and it made the trip all the more enjoyable since we had a bathroom and the kids had two TVs that they could focus on during the drudging drive. It was a pretty short trip, only 4 days, but Luxe RVs Ultra model got us there quickly and safely. AC worked great.

Rented the Mercedes Prism. It was an older fashioned model but a bit cheaper. However, everything ran and functioned perfectly. The kids absolutely loved the top bunk and the outside TV. I even got to use the oven which was cool to have in an RV. Thanks Luxe!

Rented a year ago but was asked to detail my experience: -RV arrived late but I had requested a delivery far outside San Francisco so its hard to meet deadlines given traffic in the bay area during peak hours. I get it. They had also kept us informed on the timelines. -RV was clean, had some wear but its a rental so again, I get it. -Everything operated well, had no issues with any of the amenities or the mechanics. -All in all, was a good experience, next time we would opt to pick it up ourselves to save some time.

WHERE HAS THIS COMPANY BEEN ALL OUR LIFE! We’ve tried everything from outdoorsy, rv share, Cruise America, Road Bear, El Monte, Expedition, etc. all bad experiences!!! Old Fords. Luxe RV was a nice smooth Mercedes. Clean and the amenities felt “good” to use. We will be back!

Good rv, good customer support, and good experience. Rv was clean albeit very worn in some places like the fabric.. although we understand it isn’t new. Would like to see some newer RVs but from what I understand they are back ordered for now but they will be getting new ones this year.

Only complaints were that we got hit with a cleaning fee that we werent expecting. My wife talked to one of the managers Dan about it were able to come to a reasonable agreement where he was very accommodating and helpful. Other than that, it went as expected and the costs were detailed for us. It was pricey but being that we arent RVers, this seems standard to basically rent a hotel plus a rental car.

RV ran very smooth all the way to South Carolina from LA. It was a much easier drive on the Mercedes than the Ford we had tried before when we came from SC to LA. Much more comfy and the kids loved having the two TVs and the back AC available to them for the whole trip. We plan to go back to LA in the winter and we have already made plans to use this company again.

The thing I can confidently say about Luxe RV is that they go out of their way and try hardest to solve any issues. We had a leak occur on the gray tank (we might have bumped something which I guess is common). They sent someone immediately to our campsite way out in Arizona to repair it! No idea how they did it but that was great. There were a couple other issues but minor things that we noted such as screens being out of line and some door handles wearing. Great customer service though!

Book from Luxe RV and work with Rob, you won’t regret it! He was very thorough, caring, and responsive.

Be warned. After you pay $400 for delivery and pick up, you might be charged again for miles you didnt drive. Note the condition and cleanliness of your vehicle when it arrives(Not Cleaned by any standard)...their might be a Cleaning Charge of over $200!

Great trip, sewage smelled bad but other than that RV ran great and everything worked.

Looking forward to using them again next year, they were kind enough to give us a discount since we are multiple time renters and each time they have gone out of their way to provide us the luxury experience we sought.

Luxe RV 100% is on the top of my list for RV rentals in California. The pickup/drop off process was extremely quick and simple, their rates were unbeatable and their staff was very friendly!The RV was extremely clean and stylish. It came with many fancy bells/whistles, a pull out slide, awning, beautiful lights, you name it, it had it.The size of the RV was perfect to sleep 6 people and made it very convenient to enter all campground lots. The clearance on the RV was perfect to get us off the road into some beautiful camp sites at the national parks.Overall luxe RV was a great choice and I strongly recommend them again.Thank you luxe!

My buddies and I went on a surf trip up the coast and had a blast! We usually camp or get a cheap hotel but wanted something much nicer and closer to the surf! Found Luxe Rv through a buddy and it was epic! We fit 6 of us comfortably in it, had warm showers, could work during the lulls inside. There was plenty of storage and the kitchen was so nice to have as well! Would rent and recommend to a friend!

We had a wonderful time in Utah. Thank you Luxe RV Las Vegas for the new Mercedes Unity. It was an absolute pleasure driving such RV. We will definitely do it again and I recommend Luxe RV as the best rental company ever.

We rented an RV to move in comfort across the country from Michigan to California. Luxe RV was the only company that offered the drop off service for the 1 way trip. We encountered a number of issues on the way which included, water leaking all over the floor from the water tank, electrical outlets not working, a broken drawer, the generator not working consistently, the air conditioning not working (in the middle of summer driving through the desert) and so on. I was also not very comfortable driving through the mountains of Arizona when the RV clearly indicated that maintenance was 2,000+ miles overdue. These issues led to major stress and also delayed us many hours trying to trouble shoot (they have no after hours call center to troubleshoot issues). In order to still make the pick up for the RV in time, we drove 16 hours the night before and arrived at 530am for an 11am pickup. They then told us that we were actually expected to drop off the RV and they were not picking it up. There was no way we were in any shape to drive the RV another 1.5 hours with only a few hours notice so we optioned to have them pick the RV up at our location. They slapped a $250 fee on for this pickup that we had only a few hours notice on and refused to listen to any of our other concerns we had with the RV along the way. They said they were user error issues even though we were on the phone with the Driver that dropped off the RV to us for 1.5 hours one night and he could not figure out the issue either. Doesnt sound like user error issues to me if one of your experts cannot help either. If you would like good customer service and a safe, stress free trip, do not rent from Luxe RV.

This company placed a relocation rental offer online in May 2020 which I immediately booked. The company then refused to respond to the agency that was handling their relocation. I contacted Luxe RV directly and they told me they were reneging on the offer. I asked if they had a different rental, and they suggested I could move one from LA to Tampa or Miami instead of my hometown, and I said sure, even though it will involve renting a car to get home, sure. Days passed with no confirmation, so when I reached out again to confirm I could actually take this trip out west to move their vehicle to Florida, Awaab wrote and said I have many other duties at the moment. Need more time. That was five weeks ago, and I havent heard back. The disorganization this company has appears systemic. He made it sound like, if I was so lucky that I would get a vehicle, I would need to transfer it to the next renter in a random parking lot. Use a reputable company like El Monte - I just finished a 11 day trip and hiked 8 national parks, and had confidence the vehicle would complete the trip and that someone would pick up the phone if I called. I would never consider using lUXE RV rental after this experience.

I had one of the best experiences renting from Luxe RV for burning man! My gf and I had a quick easy pick up and instructions for using the appliances and then we were off! We rented the Mercedes View RV which was perfect for us and a complete game changer at Burning Man! We could have easily fit a few more people comfortably in it. Being able to come home to a clean RV, cook, have AC, get a couple showers made our Burn so much more enjoyable! Will 100% rent again from them for other trips and Burning Man again!

I don’t know where to start. Everything was great and a lot more than expected. I rented a leisure unity for a trip to Yosemite.The RV was more than accommodating. I’ve went with my wife and kids and the setup of the RV was great especially when you have little kids. The corner bed was very comfortable and the dining table turns into a bed in minutes. The slide out made a huge difference when camping and getting in and out of the RV.Luxe RV was upfront with everything and the RV was fully equipped. Only additional charge was cleaning and dumping which I was made aware of

Avoid this place. Read the reviews in all places before your proceed. Horrible customer service. They do not care. Use at your own risk.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I rented an RV from them, paid the $2000 deposit, and they did not refund what they should have when I returned the vehicle. They also charged me $150 for airport delivery, which they did not do (and worse, they gave me the runaround for 2 hours while I emailed and called and sat in a random parking lot near the airport waiting for the RV) and now wont refund the fee.Re: mileage... I signed a contract (and their system emailed me the contract the day I signed it that shows my hand written signature!) that clearly states that 100 miles were included with each rental night and that additional miles would be charged at $.50 per mile when returned. I also pre-paid for 500 additional miles. My rental was 7 nights so my included + prepaid mileage was 1200 at the start of the trip. I drove 1285 miles during my rental, therefore should owe $45.50 (85*$.50). They claimed that my purchase of 500 additional miles was the grand total of the miles included. They are now referencing a sample contract, not the one I signed, that does not have the 100 miles included on the rate sheet and has $.65 per additional mile. They charged me (aka did not refund from my security deposit) $510 instead of what I really owed, which was only $45!Luxe still owes me over $600 and refuses to pay. Ive filed a claim with the BBB and they have yet to respond.

Overall a very positive experience. On short notice, they were able to change our pick up schedule to meet us at the airport. Additionally, Adriane was very responsive to any issue we had, even showing up in person in Reno, NV to help with a minor shower problem. I would highly recommend using this company for future RV rentals.

This company is fantastic! Professional, accommodating and flexible. Andrew and the rest of the staff are wonderful. There luxury RVs are clean and beautifully detailed. I work with them repeatedly. You wont be disappointed!

BEWARE!!! See yelp review- not even registered with BBB. Our bill was over $1000 over quote. Did not deliver on the day our reservation began. Less than apologetic. This is marketed as luxury business but you are treated like Motel 6. Enjoy your luxury vacation.

Not as advertised. First, I will preface this by saying I did do some damage to the RV for which I take full responsibility. Now lets get to the issues. I am not a disgruntled renter due to my dumbass mistakes.We agreed on an 11:30am pick-up from LAX. The driver was 1+ hour late because he gave our RV to someone else and had to scramble to put this one together. He said he had to go shopping at Wal-Mart prior to pick-up to outfit the vehicle. Not that I care that my sheets are organic cotton , but false advertising. He also added that he had just driven from Oakland that early morning. Sounds overworked. From there we wasted 2+ more hours on a Friday afternoon schlepping around L.A so he could empty the septic and grey water tanks; fill the water tank; and fill the propane. That put us at 3+ hours late trying to drive out of LA on a Friday afternoon. Not pretty. I missed the wedding rehearsal in which I was supposed to participate.Additionally, my wife could not bath herself for the wedding we attended because the shower didnt work. The TV/DVD was also a big fail for the kids. False advertising.For the price go elsewhere. They have not responded to my request for a break on price despite the severe inconvenience and lack of working amenities. However, they were happy to take $1009 from my hide for the inconvenience I caused them. Plus, besides the driver, management never apologized for any of the issues.Besides the things that did not work the RV was fine and drove well. I will also give a shout-out to Shayne the driver who seemed to be working up against some great odds. He was terrific. However, the management and operations clearly need adult supervision and lessons in customer satisfaction.Update: Management contacted me about the issues. A call back with an apology and a promise to do better in the future goes a long way, even if it doesnt include a rebate check. Raising to two stars.

Great RV and very helpful staff.The staff brought us the rv and then picked-it up at our convenience. We also were in regular contact with Adrian during the trip, so no risk of mishandling anything in the rv.Will definitely use Luxe RV next time

Was concerned about doing business on line.We did a one-way very costly but customer service was excellent! And everything went well. Was just what we wanted! Would do it again!

We had a fantastic time in our RV! The RV itself is a Diesel engine which was great on fuel and was really guttsy going up hills. The inside was very comfortable, like luxury camping - air conditioning, oven, stove and HOT showers.Myself, my partner and our 5 month old baby flew from Australia to LA and spent 9 days traveling around California, we drove over 1200 miles, and thought traveling by RV was a great way to see and experience America. Its also a great holiday with a baby as they can sleep while you travel from place to place.Adrian who I dealt with at Luxe RV was a pleasure to deal with and we will look forward to our RV next trip. Cornel who collected our RV was also lovely! :) thanks guys we had a great trip!

Rv itself was nice but the way they operate is poor. They don’t have an organized place to take you for orientation or drop off. They basically wing it. Pot and pans were not clean and there are hardly any kitchen supplies. Towels yes but only large bath towels. And then the kicker, you keep getting fees thrown at you at the end. First is the cleaning fee $195 which you find out about toward the beginning of the actual trip and then the dump fee of $85 which you find out about as you return rv. Not transparent. Last they send you emails late. For instance they sent me the orientation email after I had picked up the rv. The guys in SF are a much better rental option if you want the Leisure rv.

We took our dream vacation to the Grand Canyon in an rv. The staff here were friendly and showed us everything we needed to know. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to rent an rv! Great place to do business with!

I took the Serenity from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, Grand Canyon and back to LA.They delivered the rv to my house and picked it up, on my return. Great customer service. John, especially, was great, and took his time to explain how to properly use the rv.What can i say? Just an amazing experience, and definitely will use them again.

Omg! I would never imagine RV-ing can be so classy ! Everything is on buttons, inside was smelling like new and clean. We were 5 girls and had bachelorette road trip and we stopped at different cities to party, sleepover and continue with new destination! Driving is easy and I never drove anything bigger then SUV. Im definitely renting them next year to go with my hubby somewhere romantic :)

Great RV, but... We rented from Luxe RV for the first time. However, 4 weeks ahead of the start of our trip, the original RV we booked (Coachmen Prism) was suddenly not available anymore (technical issues) and we had to pay/upgrade for a brand new Winnebago 24. Maybe worth the money, but felt that given no choice when we were told that if we stay with the Prism we would have a less than an optimal holiday experience...Anyhow. On the positive side and despite the early drop off being an hour late, Shayne did a terrific job getting us comfortable with the RV / he is really an asset to the firm vs. some of the office / helpline staff. The Winnebago was brand new (first rental), so very nice to get brand new equipment. No license plates given though (neither a temporary one), so according to a cop we were lucky not to walk away with several tickets...Given the first time rental, the RV was in excellent technical shape and never let us down. The powerful Diesel BlueTec engine a pleasure to drive and the Winnebago very much handled like driving a car. Clearly the RV drew attention.However, there are also some issues with renting from LuxeRV. The booking process is a bit cumbersome and the Helpline is difficult to reach and the quality and service attitude of the 3-4 front staff we have spoken to varies greatly. The price for the rental is very steep, but the quality of some of the interiors provided (plates, cups, toaster, coffee machine, cuttlery etc) is dirt cheap and doesnt match the companys ambitions. Also the picknick chairs and table were a joke. To have an upscale experience, we decided to just buy proper kit ourselves and throw most of what has been provided into the trunk. Also some missing items (pillows, blankets, towles, bed linen etc.). Well, well..Another annoying point was that the RV was very dirty inside (drawers, cuboards, fridge, floor, etc. etc.). I knew it came off the dealers yard, but it should have been clean and it took us 3 hours to properly clean it. So the RV we returned was cleaner and better equipped than what we have received, but all our attempts to get the mandatory cleaning fee waived have been left unanswered to date. Also, we returned the RV with more gas vs. what we have received upon delivery, but were still charged extra refill. Again, no answer. When we had to upgrade we agreed that a higher mileage allowance would be favourably viewed by Management. But again, not honored nor considered, but happily charging from my deposit. Attempts to speak with Management also left unanswered. Total radio silence.In summary, I like the idea of having an upscale experience, but this is not the way to do it. Go and rent from Roadbear RV or Star RV. Higher quality and premium service for 30% lower price.

We are a Japanese Racing Team who raced in Group 1B and Group 7A at 2017 Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Laguna SECA.We rented a high-end Mercedes RV from LuxeRV for a racing paddock station and we used it for the driver’s dressing, resting, dining, meeting and interview room.Unlike a standard American RV, the Mercedes RV was compact, stable, powerful and easy to drive. Moreover, we loved the up-to-date interior design and lighting which made us feel like we’re on a luxury yacht!!During the race, we used the on-board electric generator for electric equipment and supported another paddock’s air compressor. Also, there was an outdoor shower which we used to wash our hands and towels outside.We highly recommend LuxeRV for not only for vacation mobile home but also as an mobile office for media productions and/or outdoor events.

Would never recommend! Nice RV but terrible service. This was ourfirst time renting and RV and unfortunately due to our bad experience, probably would never rent an RV, especially from this unprofessional company. We thought that by paying over $2000 for a 3-day rental we would be receiving excellent personalized service, this was not the case at all. The delivery of the RV was punctual but we were very disappointed when we didnt receive our complimentary add ons we had requested in advance, this caused a 3 hour delay in our travel plans. The person who delivered the RV although friendly was inexperienced and did not give a proper induction. Many things we had to figure out on our own which was very inconvenient. We were offered a 7 day concierge service and road side assistance number which we never received, leaving us very vulnerable to any unexpected event. Internet worked through an IPad which in many areas did not have a proper signal. Without a GPS and intenet, navigating was difficult in certain areas. The bad service was most evident when returning the RV. We had scheduled and paid for a late return and had agreed upon an exact return time with the owner. However, there was no one to return the RV to, after a very long travel day.The owner managed to have a nearby hotel store the RV until his employee arrived, but it was clear it would be at our own risk. He even had the audacity to complain to me over the phone that he was taking time out of his personal time with his family to handle the situation and went on to tell us he was regretting helping us find a place to store the RV!!! Unbelievable!!! We were not officially checked out until 5 days after returning the RV. Also, we took special care in retuning the RV as clean as possible. Despite doing so, were charged $195 to cover cleaning cost. This is not a company who cares about customer satisfaction at all!!!

Beware. RV that was totally unsafe and lack of maintenance was my experience. They sell you a luxury experience but it’s nothing but.

I faced a dispute over RV damage, which is not resolved, avoid !!
