Just received a call from the service department. They are cancelling my appointment two days from now because they are too busy. Ive been waiting two weeks for the appointment and now they are trying to push it off for two more weeks. She said if I bring the car in I would probably be waiting 2-3 weeks or more to get it back. When I asked to cancel, she said ok & hung up. Received the cancellation instantly. Sad that they are turning business away. Called another dealership & got an appointment right away.

By far THE BEST dealer we have ever had an experience with!! My husband and I were in contact with both CHRIS and ANTHONY, and let me just tell you, they were amazing from the start. Fast at giving us the info we needed, and great at keeping in touch with us by email and phone (and without it being annoying in any way, like some other dealers). These two salesmen are just the kindest, most respectful people to work with. They went BEYOND! Put in hard work to satisfy us. Could not have asked for better service in any way! My husband and I usually dread going to dealerships because let’s be real, a fair share of dealerships are pushy and not very respectful... but this was the complete opposite and everything you would wish for from a dealership. Most service-minded people we have ever worked with! They tick every box for good service🤩 Thank You to Chris & Anthony for being awesome!

Its started with Nicole in service, she impressed us so much that we came to Bob Smith Volvo for service on over our prior dealer Galpin.For our next lease on a 2021 XC60 T-5 Inscription. Chris went the extra distance to satisfy us on a good deal. Frank the sales manager made the the process smooth and quicker than any purchase weve made for a car. Overall we are grateful the the Bob Smith team and their attention to our needs.

Facility very clean and well kept. No pressure sales from Wayne. We didnt purchase a vehicle as we are still looking but if I based my decision on just appearance and friendliness we would have. By far the best experience Ive ever had at an automotive dealership.

The best run dealership we have experienced! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and listens to the needs of the customer. They are heads and shoulders above their competition in every respect. Travis went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. He was dedicated to exceeding our expectations and displayed excellent communication skills. Travis spent a lot of time showing us the endless, amazing features of the XC60 even after the sale of the car. Therefore, he has earned himself a loyal customer. You cant beat the quality of Volvo and when paired the honest and superior sales force, there is question whatsoever that we made the right purchase! Bob Smith Volvo has my highest recommendations.

Drove 2 hours and a half to look at the Volvo XC60 and was immediately greeted by Anthony. Instantly fell in love with the car. Both Anthony and Sami were very knowledgeable and professional. Frank structured a fantastic deal that we could not turn down. Definitely worth the drive!!

Completely dropped the ball on a lease return, and then the leasing staff, Frank in particular, was flippant and unapologetic. Took no responsibility in transferring ownership back to Volvo. We have leased many Volvos over the years and this is the first time we have experienced this lack of professionalism from leasing. Love the cars but am appalled by their customer service. The service staff, however, is great. If not for the service team, I would rate one star.

If you want to pay Beverly Hills prices, buy from the dealership in Beverly Hills, that way you will at least get the Beverly Hills Volvo license plate for free.

I bought an XC90 2020 from them less than 6 months ago and driven the vehicle less than 2000 miles. One of the back tires blew out as I was driving in the highway - there was an issue with the tire as started to feel the vehicle uneven - let me just say I drove for over a half a mile and the sensor never went off re: the tire pressure sensor and, it only went off until I had pulled over to the shoulder; this is pretty dangerous stuff. So I called them about it right away and they asked me to bring in the vehicle. Once I get there I noticed there was damage to the paint of the vehicle from the tire blowing out. Long story short there is a limited warranty on the tires but this dealership is more interested in taking your money than helping - if you dont purchase additional road hazard insurance or purchasing a new tire then youre wasting their time. Additionally, my mother, upset as well about the situation, also called and she was treated very rudely and aggressively by a middle eastern gentleman and he just hang up on her. I suggest you try other Volvo dealerships when purchasing a new vehicle... And, maybe even get a response from the dealership attempting to turn this situation into a you problem and not theirs or denying this ever took place with them.

Walking in to the this place feels like you’re walking into a mortuary.I saw 2 live staff members sitting there without any of emotion or any kind of greeting. Both had a lack of energy and sadness reflected through their eyes. Finally one of them broke through the struggle and asked me ”what can I do for you?” At the moment I felt I broke her Zen time or she felt like I were a Fried rice delivery guy who sent food to the wrong place .This was the first time I had an experience like this in a luxury car dealership. I don’t want to say this is the worst, but for sure I will remember not to return here again.

My wife and I purchased a certified Volvo XC90 recently and wanted to share how pleased we were with the entire process. Buying a car is what buying a house used to feel like...so it can be a stressful experience! But, from our initial contact with Travis Flora, and our direct sales support from Sami Oheb, we were so impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. To add to the positive experience, the sales manager Frank (who went the extra mile) and finance manager Fahad (who eased us gently through the paperwork) only made us feel more secure that we were in good hands. We leased a Volvo XC60 in 2016 from rather primitive surroundings at a Thousand Oaks Volvo dealership, so what a pleasure to experience the Bob Smith Volvo Calabasas location with it’s beautiful offices and service resources, like Nicole! The best testimonial I guess was that when we got home my wife was heard to say...wow, best car buying experience ever...or maybe it was the free flowing vanilla latte that sealed the deal?? Thank you all.

After an experience my girlfriend had 6 or so months ago Id say Bob Smith Volvo Service Department is not to be trusted. Im writing this review to make sure others are not taken advantage of. She brought in her XC60 for service. An oil change and tire alignment were called for at the time after purchasing new tires at costco. They said it was time for some however many thousand mile service, stating that theyd reprogram the computer and so on. They call and state that she needs new brakes and its going to be a $1,300 job on top of the $584 for the service (oil change, alignment & computer reprogram) So, I go with her to the dealership to pick up the car to make sure things are right. Ive been working on my own cars, friends race cars, etc. since 1994 and understand a thing or two about maintenance and also have friends with dealerships. We get to the service desk and the bill is around $600 for the service! They say they topped off all the fluids, aligned the wheels, did the oil change & took care of the service. We leave and I didnt pay close attention to the details of the receipt at the time but was kinda of in awe of how hard they gouged her. Just so happens the front light bulb goes out. So I go the to the auto parts store and buy a replacement bulb to put in. Upon opening the hood I notice that the power steering fluid is low. I check all the other fluids and see they havent been touched either! I check the oil and its a quart low! So, I go back and look at the receipt and see that they charged her for 9 quarts! Most cars hold 5 or so unless its a large diesel motor. I look up capacity on this vehicle and its higher than normal at about 7 quarts. But they charged her for 9 and it was a quart low! Stay away from these sharks. P.S. Its been 6 months and she still hasnt needed brakes! DO NOT TRUST BOB SMITH VOLVO.
