I only went because of an delivery. Dont know the place that good. Very pretty well kept and quiet.

Ashia Melvin was extremely helpful and kind. In my opinion, she truly values her prospective customers and the relationships that she is building with them. People like Ashia will help Paxton Calabasas transform into a true community. And what a beautiful apartment they are offering!!! WOW! Top notch.

We stayed here for a night. We then came straight back here and stayed for three more bookings than we expected. The hotel is brand new. So clean and the staff is fantastic. This hotel is a really good area. Thank you very much!

Beautiful apartment building, still undergoing some work but staff is working hard to bring it to life. A little out of my price range but Hastea was very knowledgeable and patient with all my inquiries. Highly recommended!

I fell in love with this place, applied, was approved. And in 48 hours after I began to get things into motion with movers, was then told it was now a for sale property and no longer leasing. Nice place but waste of time, ran my credit, and are mailing my fees back to me.

Friendly staffs. Rental markets are great during and post pandemic.
