I went into the store to make a payment on my loan and Doris or Dawn did not speak to me. They looked at each other and smiled at each other as if something was funny. Another customer comes in an Dawn gets up and greets her, then ask her does she need anymore money? They were both very rude to me because I had got behind on my loan. But I am all caught up on the loan now, and this company will not report any of my payments to the credit bureaus, so its no reason to keep the loan out thats not building credit because they dont want to report it so I just decided to comeback the same day and pay my loan off in full because I dont want to look at them act childish. For some reason I cant get in contact with the district manager. This is a awful place.

No WAY TO PAY BY PHONE, NO WAY TO USE CREDIT CARD FOR DEBT CARD IN STORE, NO INCREASE or INCENTIVE WHEN YOU PAY OFF. ITS HARD TO KEEP RECEIVING CALLS AT WORK, IT WOULD BE MUCH BETTER IF I COULD SPEAK TO THE LADIES AND PAY AT THE SAME TIME. THE SQUARE IS $10 at Walgreens
