This gym is catered to the elderly they would have more business if the hours were extended and if they were open everyday all other gyms are 24 hours and open everyday of the week why should people have to wait to workout or be rushed to get a workout in because of the short hours of operation ..th at dont offer childcare or any workout classes they also dont jabe any fitness instructors its saddening
