I have used this facility for my storage needs for almost 5 years and have never had an issue. I have recommended their services to my family and friends. They are absolutely the best in knowledge, unit cleanliness and customer service! Beth is simply the best, she has assisted me thru good times and bad times; she is my go to girl always🙂 I personally love this establishment for my moving and storage needs!

Ive been having difficulties getting a hold of someone I need to get into a bigger unit and Ive repeatedly sent a requests to get a bigger one for the 20% discount but Ive been denied acknowledgment every time. Been a faithful paying person for over a year.

I won a storage locker at the Cahokia facility and after cleaning it out I had to wait 45 min to get my cleaning fee due to the office girl talking to another customer for that amount of time. That is not good business.

Signing up and accessing my unit was very easy. There are cameras all around the storage yard and they have gated access from 6am to 10pm. Seems good so far!

I recommend this location to anyone who needs storage of their personal belongings. The staff is always respectful and friendly. It doesnt take long whenever you enter the office. Its ran smooth by two gentlemen who gives excellent service.

Mr Mike was a sweetheart! Very professional and patient. I wanted to read my full lease terms and conditions and not once did he rush me to finish the paperwork. He gave me a ride to the storage unit to view and advised of all my options available. I would recommend any college students, military members, or just anyone else who needs to store items to visit this business.

They are very friendly they try to help as much as they can. My storage units was behind and they worked with me on them. I have two storage units with them and I feel safe my stuff is in there.thank you for all you do for me I appreciate your help. My units is under my brothers name and they allow me to pay and get into the gate.

My family & I was extremely disappointed with the outcome of our dealings with iStorage if Cahokia. We only rented for a short time still fell victim to rodent damage to our sofa & love seat. Not only was physical damage, but also a heavy presence of mice fecies and urine. The staff was completely unhelpful. I will never do business with this company again, nor reccomend them in the future!

Jace the customer service Rep out in Cahokia,IL was grrrrreeeeat, he got me in and out in a timely manner. He made sure he gave me great details walked me down to my storage area to view it. I was happy with his service. I would definitely recommend this place to family & Friends.

WARNING...Do Not rent a U-HAUL from this location. Made a weeks prior reservation on-line received email confirmations. Day of my move...NO TRUCK...after a call to corporate they confirmed the storage company failed to enter my reservation in their system. BALL DROPPED!!!

I had a great experience with the men working for istorage on camp jackson ..they got me in and out in a timely manner they have really excellent customer service skills ,they are really professional ,very friendly,helpful .... I love the fact that they were knowledgeable about the different units ..they took great care of me during my stay with them If I ever needed them in the future I would definitely come back and even recommend them to anyone else

My experience is like family, and i say that to say this, I’m a family oriented person.

Do not put your things there my furniture was damaged.... upon removal it was mice feces everywhere and my couches were wet and molded

When we first put our stuff in there it had a security gate. The security gate was broken and when called and questioned them about it they were rude and hung up on us. Has been broken for 3 weeks out of the 4 weeks I had stuff in there. And is still broken. 2nd, the shed they charge 100.00 a month for is smaller then my bedroom.

I was quoted $57 for the move-in special for the first month and when I got there the next day they charged me $182 the manager himself told me out of his own mouth then denied it the very next day after her charged my card

Could not have secucced without Jack.

My Mom has a storage there why I dont know? Its always a challenge to get in the office. I believe its Mike who runs this place if you can find him. Mom hates going out there we are moving her out as soon as the weather permits!!!!
