My tire came apart going to take a friend who is in a wheelchair to the doctor. Pulled in and Eric was wonderful, he found a used tire to get me on the road and did it at the car so I didnt have to get her out. Highly recommend them.

The customer service here is awesome. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. The waiting area has comfortable chairs and a tv. My husband and i do all oil changes and tires here. The only thing negative today was the restroom. It had obviously not be cleaned in quite awhile! Please get this cleaned guys!

When I tell you they’re the Best believe me!!!!! So I brought my Mercedes in for a tune up, they gave me a firm price of $585 which was a steal I left Benzino in the hands of these guys who thoroughly looked over after putting it on a diagnostic insured me that I didn’t need a tuneup after all 🙌🏽 They topped off all my fluids even had my check engine light off let’s just say I was able to get back on the rode and me and my children are safe and sound Cahokia Dobbs you guys Rock !!!!!! I really love Dobbs in Cahokia Illinois. Every time I go there, they are always friendly even on their busy days when you think they could be a wait your turn type of response but they are always friendly & attentive. Went in today was gonna make an appointment for back brake light but they said we can take care of it now and have you out in about 10 minutes

We’re polite and profession staff, I had two bad tires and bought new ones. I Autum lily told them the wrong tire that needed switched out after they were about done, this was at the end of the day when they were going to be off. I told them not to worry about it as it was my fault and they were technically closed. But they Staid 30 mins late went ahead and switched it out for me anyways. Saved me me time and a headache when I know some of these shops would have definitely told me to come back tomorrow. They have great warranties and tires aswell. I will be back next time for my oil change aswell. 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been coming to Dobbs since I got my first car years ago b/c my mom was coming here. They always fix any problem I have and have great customer service (Thank you Bruce & Eric). But they are always busy most days so make sure you call-in or come to the store and make an appointment.

This store is only 5 minutes from my home and the service always excellent, it doesnt pay to travel anywhere else, I have used this location for about 6 or more vehicles and nobody beats the service or convenience.

Didnt properly reinstall my oil pan drain plug on a bmw 325i. Ran completely dry of oil before my light on the dash alerted me of a problem and thank God BMW is smarter than these people. They acted like I had some sort of problem mechanically. This was at 186000 miles. Now has about 240000. Same car and engine. No issues since but I wouldnt ever take my car back to such imbusouls. Thank God my car was ok because its like a child to me. Do not trust them with ur Bentley bimmer or lumina. Nothing. No how no way.

I was passing through St. Louis during a rain storm on a long road trip when I realized I needed new tires. The team at Dobbs went out of thier way to get tires for my car (they werent in stock at the store) and installed them all in a matter of hours. They went above and beyond to help me so that I would feel safe being on the road again.

Prompt service from helpful staff. Tire was reasonably priced too. Ive been to two of Dobbs St Louis area stores for trailer tires and wouldnt hesitate to stop there again (hope I dont need to though!).

Eric was very friendly and gave me a great price. Service was done extremely fast and seems to be well done. No high pressure upscale either which is refreshing. Will come again.

Start to finish worked well. Tony emailed me the quote, set up my appt. Paperwork ready when I dropped the vehicle off. Called me with an update. Called me when the vehicle was done. Walked in again paperwork ready. They explained the warranty, paid and out the door. Cost was exactly as told and the work was done right. Second set of tires I have purchased here. 5 Stars in my book again!

Went to get my winter check done on my car and I love going here because they always offer good service and I usually bring my work materials and enjoy sitting around waiting. Ask for Peggy or Bruce when you go and they will take care of you!

Well I can honestly say that Dobbs is out to help their customers. We had a low air indicator come up, but even when we loaded with air, the tire felt tight. We came in slightly before close and they helped us out no problem. I feel more educated and Im certainly thankful for this location!

My experience was excellent I just get an oil change next time I plan on getting some new tires and tire rotation before the winter hits

Requested to have freon recovered from my sisters car so that I could replace the compressor. My sister was quated $60 over the phone. Went in to have the freon recovered. I asked how much it would cost and how long. I was then quated $211.00 and 2 hours. As a long time Nissan mechanic that lives out of state I can call bull. All that has to be done is the car pulled to the back of a bay the ac machine plugged in some buttons tapped. Then the machine left to do its thing. Pretty much the same process to put a vacuum on the ac system and charge the system. For less then 30 minutes of work they are charging for 2 hours.

I love the service that they provide for me and I like the fact that you can drop your car off and tell them whats wrong with it what you need John and when they are done they call and let you know and if you need a ride to get your car that come and pick you up if youre in the local area that has been a plus for me because I live down the street from them and they do an excellent job I used to get my oil changed their belts change their and tires

2 Stars for being the only full service auto shop in the area! Had brake issues over a year ago. After they were replaced, they immediately went out 4 months later only to find out certain hardware was never used as to the reason I started hearing scratching again! Recently, went to have a wheel bearing replaced only to see that one of the brake pads wasnt fully in place and had a hard time stopping my vehicle at any speeds! Went back to the shop to have THAT issue fixed only to then hear a scratching noise anytime I cornered right! Reason for that was because the backing plate was bent too far on the wheel that the work was done on. I missed a full day of work and was late getting to work the next day because of said issues! I will not be going back to Dobbs nor recommending Dobbs to anyone until compensation for missed work has been made!

Another Auto Center that will try to use your ignorance against you. They will deceive you to make money. I caught them lying to me about what my car needed so they could make more money, and they didnt refill my brake fluid like I paid them to do and it almost caused problems for my car. I also know a person who worked for Dobbs and he admitted to ripping people off.

Had a blowout went to Dobbs in Cahokia Il. and received first class service. Tire had to be ordered. It came the following day. I recieved a call the next day stating my tire was in. I took my car and they installed the new tire in 15-20; mins! In and out! I would reccomend this store to everyone!

My wife went in to get her brake pads replaced. Someone stuck their head out the door (more than 40 ft away) and tells her she needed new rotors... as she was getting out of her car. She tells the the man that I checked them and theyre fine and asks him how he can see them from where hes at. Then he says that the inside of the rotors were bad (I had already checked and they were completely fine). How can you tell all this from the doorway when she had just pulled up? She left put of there and saw the fine folks at North Belt Auto in Belleville. Go see Denny there, hes running and honest business up there.

Great place to get some car fixed

I used to love this place until I took it in this time and they scratched my car and the manager would not take responsibility for it. We even watched the video and there were cars blocking the view for several minutes and people walked by and stood by the area where the scratched are on my vehicle. I do plan to write to the headquarters office about my experience and I will find another place.

Paid 600. Get two power windows repaired. Now none of my windows will go down and they want more money to fix the new problem they caused. Will never go again.
