I booked a tour through Viator.com and had an error in the booking. Viator was not helpful in resolving the issue at all. However, Diane helped me get my refund back within ten mins of contacting her. They’re super helpful and willing to assist. While I didn’t get to do a tour with them, I appreciate their level of customer service.

He’s over the top accommodating, never expensive, and will always make himself available to show you parts of Puerto Rico most people never even knew existed! Highly recommend, you block out atleast one or two days out of your vacation to go explore the island with Angel.

Angel was such an amazing tour guide! My mom and I took a trip to Puerto Rico in July and we scheduled a couple of excursions with Angel. He took us to Cueva Ventana and Cueva del Indio. The views were breathtaking!!! It was most definitely the highlight of our trip. My personal favorite was Cueva de Indio. Climbing up the caves was a little tricky, so I recommend scheduling with Angel so he can safely guide you to where the best views are. Not only did he take us to unforgettable spots, he also recommended another excursion for us to try, which was the ATV excursion through the rainforest.He was also so kind as to use his drone to capture our adventure.All in all, he made it the most amazing experience. I highly recommend booking with him to visit some of the most beautiful places in Puerto Rico. You will be in such good hands.Thank you so much Angel!!!🙏🏻
