Claros service center. Went for an upgrade and was assigned by Melissa. Great service and very nice store set up. Comfortable. Highly recommended to visit for Telecom needs.

Just bad! Worst communication company in the Island and overall customer support. Some employees are friendly but just cant solve our problems. Helping my parents with their issue but this company just cant deliver...looking at the number of customers waiting for support you know it is bad. Will just drop the service and go somewhere else. Such a disappointment!!!

It was notified and they kept charging, making adjustments to a service not received.Finally, we gave up and I do not want to know about them. And they still have the face to say that they are the most advanced network. For an announcement like this, its about Service to the entire island, not just the Metropolitan Area or towns where Maria hozo minimally hurt or did not hurt them. In fact, as of today, March 11, 2019, the mobile internet signal is terrible - 50% or less of receiving calls or text. If you receive it, the phone does not ring, maybe if the signal is very weak turn on the screen but no sound less than 10 seconds and appears as a missed call or text after several hours or even days.
