We loved this store! The location in this shopping mall is good and easily accessible. It was clean, well lit, and not too crowded at the time of our visit. A security guard greeted us, and also an employee shortly after. We couldnt find the product we were looking for, but we got a substitute. The cashier was also very kind and answer my questions. We definitely hope to be back at this Petsmart. Thanks for the good service!!!

Needed a wellness for a 5 month old kitten I am taking to the States. Was quoted $150-$175, was charged $258, and no chip installed. Unbelievable!

Everything you can ask for pets but the prices are too high. They should consider lower them and then... they will succeed. This is happening to Marshalls vs Burlington. Burlington got it!!

Purchased an Aquarium (10gallons) came with heater, thermometer 🌡️, fish net, filter, white and blue light for $49.99; awesome. We also purchased various fishes, with a 2 weeks warranty and decorations. Very glad with my purchase. Recommends it!

Everything is expensive. The grooming associates in my 2 experiences, in addition to the service being expensive, seem to be fed up with their work, in a bad mood and have no appreciation for the client because to pick up a paper after paying they make you wait without any sense. Conclusion: I do grooming and I am learning to cut and file my chihuahuas nails

Excellent facilities, friendly accepting environment for people and their pets. Wide aisles and well organized and labeled products. The people who work there for the most part love animals and are very knowledgeable about animals of all types. They are friendly and completely professional.

A great placento find anything you need for your pet. Also they have lovable dogs and cats for adoption.

Disappointed in the selection of animals they had. Up here in the states you can usually find any number of types of small critters. Thinking we would have a similar experience we drove to the store, fighting through traffic to get into the parking lot only to find that they had very few animals.
