Went to trim my ends. I specifically said 1/2 an inch. She starts cutting my hair and did not put the cape aroung my neck. Now my hair is falling all over me as she cuts it. She then puts the cape on me, after I tell her. She seems anxious/nervous not sure which one. Something was off about her. Half way I said to her I think you cut too much. And she is disputing with me that she only cut 1/2 an inch from my ends. I was so upset. She had the balls to tell me at the end that I should cut my hair every 6 months if I did not want it that short. In the past 9 months I went to 2 different places, explained the same thing in 2 different languages and had NO issues. When I got home I measured a total of 2 inches cut from my ends. My hair may grow back but that horrible experience is forever. I hope no one goes through it. She also lost my earing as she washed my hair.

He estado llamando varias veces para hacer una reserva para un corte de pelo. Siempre dicen llamar al día siguiente y cuando llamo dicen que no tengo espacio porque el salón está vacío. Conseguí una cita y llegué 5 minutos tarde y me dijeron que me pueden dar el servicio porque llegué 5 minutos tarde para encontrar el estacionamiento ... es ridículo cómo dan servicio al cliente. Recomiendo en cualquier otro lugar antes de gastar el tiempo y el dinero en un lugar donde no quieren trabajar y terminan haciendo un mal trabajo.
