Despicable the way I was treated, I was greeted by You cant come in as I walked in the door that she opened. I understand Covid regulations and office policies. However... Customer service should be included for the price or as decency towards human beings. After I was allowed in I stated my concerns. They then addressed my concerns. Know that maintenance is simply watering the grass because Headstones are only cleaned with water. Be assured YOU will have to do any painting and headstone cleaning if you want to keep it nice. I tried calling from the parking lot there but was hung up on. Very disappointing :(You have 3 Females working there... she would be the only one sitting to the extreme left as you face the desks. .You Sir? Madame? since I dont know who I am addressing can simply ask about my visit earlier today. I have been calling not only from your parking lot but from the U.S.I should expect that this will be taken care of as I will be back and am not accustomed to rudeness from Anyone. Nor will I tolerate it. I have been in Customer Service and would be fired for such behavior but that is not my goal to get someone fired. Simply treat your customers with Courtesy..

They did such a beautiful job on my mother. I was shocked when I returned a year and a half later to find they had done nothing more. We paid 10,000 dollars up front for tomb stone and other things we wanted and nothing was done. After talking to them they assured me they would get started in 6 months. 8 months later they assured me in 2 weeks they will start. It is now 3 weeks later and they will not answer my calls and have not started the work. We live in the States and are heartbroken 💔

Tienen un contrato leonino y el servicio es caro. Conozco un caso donde cobraron $4,500 por tres espacios de tumba en Caguas. Terminaron pagando mas de $7,000 en el financiamiento.El contrato dice que no le puedes vender la tumba a nadie sin antes vendersela a ellos a 33% del valor (clausula 13) despues de 5 años y obviamente ellos la van a comprar. Osea que si te mudas a otro pais perdiste 66% de tu dinero. ¿Como esto es posible? Las tumbas no deprecian como los carros, al contrario, el real state aumenta en valor con el tiempo.Por favor, lean el contrato antes de firmar, y salgan corriendo si es asi de leonino.Hay a lo minimo 3 contradicciones en el contrato. En un lado dice que no tienes que pagar cuota de mantenimiento hasta que se entierre alguien o se haga un arreglo (clausula 4). Luego al final dice que desde que firmes tienes que pagar mantenimiento. En la clausula 3 dice que la cuota de mantenimiento no incluye pintura (pero tienes que pintar o si no te sacan) mientras en la forma del contrato dicen que la pintura es gratis en cada entierro. En la clausula 14 dice que la cuota de mantenimiento es $3 por mes ($36 por año). Pero la cuota la pusieron en $45 y ahora la subieron a $55 por año y la pueden seguir subiendo.

Paying for a maintenance service that they are not performing. Very disappointed!!! However, if you dont pay on time, they threaten to take out the bodies. I do not recommend them. Find a place where you are really treated with dignity and compassion.
