I usually do not use UPS but when I get a package thru them I have to always call to pick up item at the office location. This location only opens at 1:00 pm and there is always a line. Service could be better but is the only way to get your package.

Dont waste your time and money with Postnet UPS outlet .....We’ve been waiting a long time since December of 2020 UPS in Caguas, PR for a approved shipment settlement claim from UPS for a destroyed Puerto Rican Cuatro....Never Again.

Very sad and disappointed. I have never been requested to open a box to be sent. Today they requested to open the package (SMALL BOX). Reason provided was because I do not have an account. I hope that someone from the UPS Caguas has a HONEST answer. VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

I know because of covid the cant have too many people inside, but for good sake put something in the line outside to cover customers from the almost 100 degrees!!!

Awfull do not use. They dont call and getting to their office with limited service hours is a pain. Avoid at all cost.

I waited in line outside of the office for an hour and 16 minutes to get my package. It was raining and there were elderly people in line. Also, there was a pregnant lady and two others with their babies. Only one employee in customer service counter. Very bad organization.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I have NEVER had a positive experience. Drivers not completing their job by delivering packages, and by not doing so, they lie that they contacted the recipient of the package. Then when you call their customer service they justify and make excuses which infuriates me even more because of the incompetence. Prefer 1000% the USPS. But, in my situation, the sender has a contract with them. Now, I have to do their job, waste my time and pick up my package.

Very bad service. I paid for a 2-day service via air. Its been three weeks and it hasnt arrived. When calling the first time, it indicates that my package was going to be delivered more than 100 miles from where I live, the second time it indicates that the address was incorrect, and the third time they have been placing it on the agenda for delivery three weeks ago. Bad service in Puerto Rico. They are not responsible for packages. And the service is expensive.

Standing outside in heat to pickup a free shipped package is not my idea of customer service when they could redeliver.

I’m absolutely 100% confident that someone working for ups stole my package. I shipped my Xbox one s with ups for a 2nd day air about a week ago and when I contacted the costumer service line they told me that my package arrived in Caguas Pr and got a destination scan and that I should recieve the package the very next day. Or I could hold it at that location to be picked up. Well the next day rolled around and still no package so I called ups again and they then told me that they don’t know where the package is and tht it never made it to the Caguas Pr ups ground store and that they will open an investigation for me. Lying sons of bitchs

Awful experience this is the second time I experience problems with ups, yesterday my package was not delivered to my house as expected, I called customer service and it was arranged that zi wad to go personally to caguas facility to pick up the package, its a 50 minute drive to there, once there I had to be on a line outside, ttaking the sun for some 45 minutes, once I got in I was told the package was already on a truck for delivery today! Bad bad service I will never ever use UPS for my shipping needs completely unreliable...

My mother went there today too pick up a package that they didn’t deliver the girl that helped her had a nasty attitude and was playing with her phone the whole time I would never send packages too that location and wouldn’t recomen you too anyone

They waited for the exact delivery day to say that the address is incorrect and that you have to pick the package up yourself. They dont open on weekends. Tried calling 30 minutes before closing time and nobody picked up in 3 different locations.

Was supposed to receive my package yesterday (Friday) UPS messed it up and send it to the wrong location. They took it back and never send out the package, now I have to wait for 2 more days because of their terrible work and communication.

UPS needs desperately to hire a lot more people to handle the extraordinary volume of packages. A second day shipment is already 14 days late.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Corporate truly needs to look into this UPS location. I’m reading too many complaints with the same exact issues. Here are mine... they deliver 3 packages to the same address and then for the 4th package days later they claim it’s undeliverable because the address doesn’t exist. They claim they’re attempting to contact the recipient but no calls were ever received. It was reported to UPS international and suddenly they find the address. On this occurrence, for another address they claim the the name on the package is incorrect. Seriously??? How could they know if the package was never on a truck for delivery. It’s still sitting in their warehouse since March 20th, it’s March 30, 2018. Poor management when this many exact complaints with no improvement. This location does not represent UPS! Unacceptable! Rating: F-

They always have a problem with the packages, they are irresponsible and they lie they say and they write that they call you and they never do it when you realize they are to return the packs without knowing the importance that it may have. I spend for my baby shower and my babys birthday. I buy and I do not see what they are and it happens again today. Terrible service.

This people lie to their teeth....First they claim they attempt deliver the package and they dont. I have waited all day for a package and they do not even call and claim they attempted delivery. Now they claim is the wrong address! Is not! it is a clear as a day and simple! Please correct this irresponsibility., Someone or somebody is covering up these disrespect to costumers. It has not happen once with me It already happen 3 times! I had to go personally and get the package and is more than 30 miles away in a very difficult not accesible location. I plan to write UPS headquarters for them to take action in this matter.

Opens very late in the afternoon and is also a small facility with 2 people attending everyone. Has the most incompetent and lazy drivers in the world ( have had 3 adress changes within different cities ) that dont bother to notify you that it cant be delivered even in the most public of places. Overall a bad experience ( those negative reviews dont lie ), go USPS they will do a way better job and get your packages delivered earlier.

The worst service I have received. They never find the university which tskes 125 acres of land and several block. They blame the university for not having an address, which is ridiculous. A university town and they cant find the university.

They didnt deliver my package and expected me to go pick it up. I couldnt call as their phone doesnt accept calls from the contiguous 48 states. Their service is trash at best

There was a lot of people when i got there due to holy week but, they where able to move pretty quick and they made it easy for me to pick up my package

I paid almost 30 dollars for next day shipping and my package didnt even come the next day. Its coming on Monday because they were late. I dont even know if my package is safe or not, would not recomend.

They claim attempted delivery and wrong address too many times. I doubted this to be true after another carrier delivered to the same address without any problems. Calls to the place were unanswered and though it was noted that they would follow up directly, I have yet to hear from them. I am very disappointed to say the least!

Ive been more than 5 times since the hurricane María and the employees are always helpful and do the impossible to move the long lines with great manners.

The worst service ever! They always say they attempted to deliver the package but it is never true. They never even call you. Then, they make you go to the UPS offices to pick it up, and the service there is awful as well. Rating these guys with one star is even too much for their service.

The had “problems” with my address. They didn’t contacted until two days before sending back my package, since I worked I sent someone to pick it up for me and they told her that they sent the package back already. Comunication sucks and also their customer service.

The majority of the time I end up traveling to Caguas to pick up my stuff from Cidra. Only one of their guys has delivered packages to my house two different times. To me is like their personnel only has that one guy that will do the job. I have to take a toll and waste gasoline for something that should arrive at my door.

Raquel has gone above and beyond to help me, I could not thank her enough.
