My daughters phone screen cracked In March. My wife called and they quoted her $80 or so.. But its appt only. Ive been trying to call since April to make an appointment. Theyve never answerd nor have they ever returned my call. My wife has been calling as well with no avail. We called them daily, nothing, then I called 3-4 times a week.. Still nothing.. Im calling once a week... Same. Ill just take my business elsewhere. My daughter is patient but at this point in losing mine.

Nice enough to take my iPad, then I didn’t hear anything again. Took my number to call me when it’s finished, saying it would likely be the next day, as I took the new part along in.. but I never heard back from him. Kept calling about pick up, but no answer, I even stopped in once during open office hours, no one was there. Hoping he didn’t steal my iPad.I keeping hoping he has a really good reason, to elicit this behavior, but the least he could do is respond. I really don’t want to have to report him. But I will if I don’t hear back from him very soon. I’m a homeschool mom and I depend heavily on my iPad. I need it back, now! It’s been over 2 wks

My iPhone screen inevitably cracked. I went over to this place, explained what happened, and the repair was done swiftly right there and then. Terrific customer service. Ive been here earlier too with my desktop. Same deal! Prices are affordable, too. Thank you for saving my equipment!

Jason spec has had my laptop for about 2 years now. Everytime I contact him to see if I can get it back, he tells me Its not a good time! Im busy! I have stuff going on!I understand....people have stuff going on from time to time. But if your running a business,you have to take care of your customers. ESPECIALLY if you have their property and make it very difficult to get back! Who does this! I was looking into taking legal action to get my laptop back, but the filing fee for the affidavit would cost as much as the repairs for my laptop. If he contacts me so I can get my laptop back, Ill consider taking down my post.Im appalled. You might never see your property again if you take it to Spectec.

The gentleman that owns this business, Jason, provides great customer service and has continually surprised me with the quality of his work. In my time, I have taken 4 computers in total (over about 5 years) and they were all fixed in a timely manner for much less money than I expected. I cannot recommend this business enough 10/10

Took my daughters tablet there to get fixed just the crack in the screen and they told me they lost it and wont replace it. They did not refund the money for fixing it eitherIm a single mother i dont have funds to take them to court or replace itDo not take anything there he keeps changing his number and closing his doors if i go there

Rude and terrible prices. Never in when he’s supposed to be. Always has something better to do than help customers. Not a good experience at all. If I could rate no stars I would.

I utilized the services of Jason at Spec Tec. My Mac computer needed to have some malware removed and a general review and clean up. Jason promptly addressed the issues and I had my computer back in two days. He was very professional, addressed my concerns, and explained clearly what he had done. His final bill matched what he quoted me when I brought my computer in. I wouldnt hesitate to use his services again.

Worst customer service ive experienced. Constantly told me white-faced lies and kept changing the day i could pick it up due to poor time management and letting non emergency family issues interfere with his work brought the ps4 in on october 25th and on the 29th it still wasnt fixed after he had told me it would be ready by the 26th. Never going to do buisness with him again

Guy scams people and takes their computers then refuses to return them people are beating on his doors and windows daily trying to get their belongings back I dont understand why he hasnt been arrested,

My friend had a computer sent in last week with a promise that it would be done on Monday. The computer still isn’t finished because a worker simply keeps “forgetting.” These workers are ridiculously irresponsible.

Jason is very good at what he does and instilled confidence from the get go - hes a straight up geek and gets the job done.

Went in because a case I bought from Newegg had a smaller cut out than standard for a CD reader. Manager got out his dremel and modified the case to make it fit.

Very displeased with the work this company did. We had an iPad Air with a shattered screen and took it to Spec Tec to have the screen replaced. They replaced the screen, but didnt center it properly, so that when it was put back in the case, the case pressed against the volume buttons. The off-center positioning of the replacement screen also caused the home button to stop working and a quarter of the screen no long registers touch. The iPad actually worked better before the repairs - it was in a case, so was still usable even with a broken screen. Now the home button and a quarter of the screen dont work at all.After several phone calls, Spec Tec finally responded and promised they would replace the screen (theoretically properly this time), thus fixing the problems that werent present until after they fixed the screen. They told us theyd call us when the replacement screen came in. Well, its been over a month, and still no call, and we still have a broken iPad. So I guess well be paying for someone else to fix the screen, and recommending that you find someplace else to go for your electronics repairs. Because if they cant even properly replace an iPad screen, a task that Id think would be fairly simple for someone whos in the computer repair business, I CERTAINLY wouldnt trust them with a more complicated job.

I was forced to take this business to court for installing an illegal counterfeit operating system and charging me the price for the actual operating system. They also caused further damage to equipment that the owner attempted to repair and wanted to charge me to repair the damage he caused. He admitted to his wrongdoing but told me he couldnt refund my money, because he didnt have any money. The owner did not show for the court date and has not made any attempt to pay the court ordered amount.
