I didnt have a major problem,but I wanted the transmission checked out while still under warranty and to adjust my headlights. I took it in at 9:15 and by 10:30-11 am they called and my truck was ready. Got there and there was no charge. Unheard of in todays market. I didnt buy my truck there, but I definitely will give them first chance on my next one. Thank you Highpoint.
I called for an oil change appointment the week before. I arrived ten minutes early, and was taken in immediately. In my hustle to get out the door and on the way, I left my Savings Coupon on the table at home. ( I didnt mention it, because it was my own error.)From arrival to departure took just 35 minutes, -oil change fluids & tires checked, and the bill was $10 less than expected. ( Service gave me the Savings Coupon Price, without the coupon. ) Fast, Friendly, not overly priced & convenient. Thats Service, and thats why I go keep going back to HighPoint.Great Job, Thanks to you all!

We had a great experience at High Point Auto in Cadillac, MI. My son was in need of a car that day (July 5th, 2021). He needed financing & have the car by then end of that day. My sons car broke down on his way up north from working downstate all week. He was stressing all 4th of July weekend about how to get back downstate to work again. I do not usually post bad reviews as we all have bad and off days but I was interested in a journey for sale in their lot. I talked to a sales rep prior and was so excited to trade in and upgrade. I had informed the sales rep that I needed a car that fits 7 when we spoke on the phone. So he was very aware of what I needed. I texted the rep when we were on our way (as instructed to do so it was ready as we had a 40(ish) min drive) so it would be ready. When we arrived, the rep told us that the battery was dead and they were replacing it. It took a long time but it was still worth the wait to us as we were so excited. The rep made an offer of delivering if we chose to buy as it was taking much longer than expected and my partner was late for work. We appreciated the gesture. The car pulled up and we were going to test drive and the rep had us look in the car only to realize the car wasnt a 7 seat it was a 5 seat. I was so disappointed. We drove 40 mins- waited about 40 mins- for the car to be ready and it didnt even drive it cuz it wouldnt work for us. He apologized and said he would be in touch in a couple days with something. Fair enough. I still had hope. It has been a couple weeks. No call. I really wanted it end up writing a happy review how a mess turned into a great experience but not even a follow-up call saying hey, sorry but I couldnt find anything. Just disappointment. Im sure my experience isnt always the case as they seemed very friendly but unfortunately it was my experience.
Had everything ready to go when I got there. Made it very easy to lease the truck. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Took my situation very serious. Very pleased with dealership.
This would have been a 5 star had they topped off the fluids as asked. Otherwise, they were quick and courteous. Left on a trip the next day and it wasn’t long into the trip we had to stop and find DEF to fill up before continuing.

I knew the car I wanted when I came in. It wasnt quite ready, but Jon took us down to the detailing place to check it out. It was beautiful and immaculate and clean. The car fax showed an accident with a deer, but youd never know. There was no pushing of gap coverage or additional features. If I wasnt so apprehensive about my first vehicle purchase, they probably wouldve had me in and out in an hour. Im super happy with the car I picked out, although I wish it had a sUn roof. I figure remote start is a good trade. They got me a great rate, and had my payment under what I wanted. Would do business with this place again.

I ordered a new key fob and key for a 2020 GMC that I recently purchased used. When I placed the order at the parts department, I was provided an estimate of $140 for the fob and another $40 for a cut key. At that time I was told that I could program it myself. So I placed the order. About 12 days later, I received a call explaining that the key fob was in and I would have to schedule a appointment with the service department for programming. I inquired on the programming cost and was told about $30. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told that the programming would be about $80. After the work was completed, the cashier presented the final cost to me of $289.I don’t like the feeling of being “jacked around” from a car dealership. How am I to trust Highpoint again?💥 UPDATE 💥Highpoint contacted me regarding my discrepancy with the cost for my key fob for my 2020 GMC Terrain. They were contrite and ambitious to rectify my concern immediately. I have been issued a draft for the difference.I want to thank Evan Godfrey at HighPoint Cadillac for his expeditious attention to my concern.

My wife and I went to Highpoint auto in Cadillac to look at a new vehicle. We set an appointment time with Lincoln and we were there on time. Lincoln met us in the parking lot with the keys to the vehicle we wanted to look at. After driving the vehicle we wanted to drive a different vehicle and Lincoln did not pressure us at all he went in and got the keys for the other vehicle. After driving that one my wife stated she wanted the vehicle we drove first. Lincoln was extremely professional and not pushy at all. We told him we wanted the vehicle and we agreed on a price. There were two things that needed to be taken care of before we would pick the vehicle up. Lincoln jumped right on that and we are picking our new vehicle up on Friday morning. The reason we did this is because we met a truly professional salesman that had no pressure on us. If you are looking for a new vehicle I suggest going to Highpoint in Cadillac and ask for Lincoln. You will be happy you did. Thank you Lincoln for being one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with.

My older Yukon XL SLT broke down last Friday near the dealership. I limped the vehicle into the dealership. Service department bent over backwards to diagnose the problem immediately. Unfortunately the news was not good. The parts needed were not in stock and needed to be ordered and delivered on Monday.They provided a brand new Cadillac to use for Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday to keep the weekend alive and me moving forward.Thank you, Highpoint and Dave in the service department. Much appreciated.
The Service dept. , as well as the Body shop are well managed, customer oriented parts of Highpoint. My 2008 Impala is treated with the same respect as my 2020 Denali.
The customer service was terrible. I had to call my dealer to handle the situation for Highpoint. They were rude did not care about the issue at hand and seemed like he just didnt want to help me or want my service. Would never recommend coming here!!I did have the paperwork showing the warranty that they refused to look at and also the phone number to talk to my dealership (they refused) and also the number for the warranty. First thing that was said to me as I told the guy about my tire was well what did you hit and than we dont cover you hitting something BEFORE looking at my paperwork and I didnt even hit anything. Its all about customer service

The auto body/collision department staff were professional, thorough, informative, and considerate. My vehicles damage repair was accomplished with excellent results. Although the damage, by some standards, would not have been considered extensive, I had high expectations for the repairs that did need to be done, and I have not been disappointed with this experience. I found a minor scuff on the door handle upon final inspection, and I was offered a vehicle on-the-spot to drive while they repainted it. I was not able to take advantage of this offer at the time, but I have no doubt that when I return for this quick touch-up, it will be as professional as the rest of the work.

Not a great experience! We bought a used van which needed repairs immediately. It was supposed to be under an extra warranty, but they wouldnt cover it. Then they repaired it but still charged us $900. Then when the season changed to warm, we found out the AC unit didnt work. Plus there was another part that went bad. We have sunk $4000 into it so far, and the AC unit still doesnt work. We have had it since November (9 months).
We were told by our salesperson that a couple dings on the used vehicle we bought would be fixed before purchasing, which was not true. Friendly people, though.

I actually created a Google account just to leave this review. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Highpoint. I purchased a used vehicle in April from Al Pierce. He went above and beyond to guide me through the process and I never felt like he was trying to push me into a purchase. He also has went out of his way to answer any questions that I have had since and has come and picked up my car for a windshield repair and brought it right back to me at work! His care for his customers goes beyond the sale and it does not go unnoticed! I will definitely be purchasing future vehicles from Al and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Bought a CPO vehicle from Highpoint. The vehicle was not inspected to the standards, or at all that should be expected under GMs CPO program. There were multiple things wrong with the car that should have been caught under the CPO inspection. As well as we had to go back multiple times for both unsuccessful and successful attempts to get different issues resolved. After a few futile attempts to get the transmission issue fixed without any progress I realized the only way to get satisfaction was for them to buy the car back, or legal action. After looking over the CPO checklist for this vehicle it was apparent it wasnt done (falsification of documents pertinent to a binding contract [contract to buy car based on it being a CPO with proper inspection]), at first they couldnt find it, then it was given to me incomplete. The only bright spot on this whole thing was they did in fact buy the car back.Buyer beware, go over the CPO checklist if buying CPO from this dealership, and demand to see it. This was a rotten experience and from now on I will always ask for the CPO checklist if I ever buy CPO again.P.S. steer clear of the GM hes daddys little boy who knows little about cars, customer service, or how to run a business. The few times I interacted with him he was immature while I as being polite and formal and was trying to intimidate me to leave his dealership. Heck, even the day we bought the car he laughed in my face when they didnt give the owners manual to me and tried to tell me to buy one myself.

I cant speak about sales, but all of the experiences (probably around 8-10 so far) Ive had with the service department have been very, very good. I used to go to Marsh in Traverse City until they couldnt get me in for three weeks because of all their recalls, which as someone who had purchased 8 new vehicles from them over the years was completely unacceptable. I called Highpoint, they got me in the next day. Availability is always good, and all of the work theyve done has fixed the problem the first time. Yes, it would be nice if the waiting area were a little nicer, but the people are friendly and professional I hope all my experiences continue to be so good.

We went to Highpoint knowing the exact vehicle we wanted. Clean car fax, one owner, 29, 953 miles, 2014 Nissan Murano. 1 week after purchase had power steering failure while driving on the highway. Didn’t hit anything, just failed. Spewing liquid underneath the car followed by burning smell. Not happy.UPDATE:After posting my dismay on google review, Highpoint immediately contacted me and worked quickly to resolve my power steering failure. They worked with my local mechanic and completely covered the repair bill. I have never before worked with a dealership who stood behind their vehicles post sale and without warranties. Thank you so much Highpoint, for setting an honorable standard.

Picture this...it is Friday night, 15 minutes before closing and the phone rings. You answer it to find out a lady has a 2019 GMC Terrain that is not running right on Highway 55 just outside of Lake City. This lady has an eventful 24 hours planned but the car will not drive and it is Friday night. That did not matter to Kody Cooper. He stayed until Petersons Towing could get me to Highpoint Auto & Truck Center. He stayed until about 6:30pm. He had a courtesy car ready for me and helped me switch over my gear. This place cares about their customers. I am hard to please and Kody went above and beyond to do his job.
